Materasso imbarcato perciò scomodo, usate 2 lenzuola come copripiumino improvvisato pur con camera superior, richiesta per iscritto colazione senza glutine non presente in area buffet e consegnata direttamente al tavolo dopo ulteriore sollecito con prodotti preconfezionati di qualità scarsa, buffet mediocre e senza alcuna indicazione dei prodotti offerti, referente "comtattabile telefonicamente" che in realtà non ha mai risposto alle chiamate, neppure quando siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dalle 22 alle 22:45 perché la chiave ricevuta non apriva la porta esterna di accesso alla struttura, abbiamo dovuto risolvere il problema da soli

Cons:

Struttura che stanno rimettendo a posto ma l esterno è troppo trascurato. In camera (non pulitissima) neanche una bottiglia d acqua per benvenuto. Clima spento con fuori 10 gradi. Coperta nell armadio macchiata e con odore sgradevole. Struttura con potenziale ma per quello che abbiamo pagato non è stata all altezza delle aspettative. Peccato

Ottima posizione per visitare Parma.
Struttura accogliente, le camere sono pulitissime con materasso e cuscini molto comodi, avendo problemi di cervicale ho sempre difficoltà a trovare cuscini "giusti", qui ci sono.
Host disponibile, ci ha dato dei buoni consigli, dove mangiare bene e acquistare il parmigiano.
Colazione curata, con prodotti freschi e di qualità.
