これほどよく考えられた宿泊施設に初めて泊まりました。最高でした！
Pros:

•雪が降るほど寒い時だったのに、部屋はエアコンなどの暖房いらず、ホテル全体の空調の良さを感じて快適だった。
•Wi-Fiが爆速でストレスフリー
•モーニングの充実感半端ない

洗面ボウルに紙ゴミが落ちていた
スリッパが絨毯と同色で夜中見つけづらかった

除了分房的問題外，都很不錯。
Pros:

早餐還不錯，基本上就和照片一樣，用餐區域在早餐結束後轉換成可休息的地方，安靜舒適，咖啡是使用咖啡豆的咖啡機。每天晚上完回來之後，可以和家人在裡面坐著聊天，很不錯。

Cons:

房間有點小，而且沒有4人房，必須和家人分房睡。

方便、乾淨、性價比高
Pros:

入住退房手續方便，房間很寬敞，開三個大行李不是問題。
周邊停車場算是名古屋車站附近相對便宜的地區，距離便利商店、藥妝店都很近，步行10分鐘內可到JR高島屋、BIC CAMERA。

Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。24時までのドリンク飲み放題も良かった。ベッドも寝やすかったし、加齢臭も沁みついていなかった。風呂トイレ洗面も綺麗で気持ちよかった。接客が丁寧で良かった。

Cons:

朝食メニューが外国人向けすぎた。あれだけ外国人がいたら仕方ないが、和食が少なかった。灰皿が細すぎて使いにくかった。宿泊料がインフレしすぎ。どこも一緒だが、窓が開かなすぎて息苦しかったし、スリッパが非常に使いにくい。これだけの宿泊料を払っているので、使い捨てにしろ、もう少し、しっかりしたスリッパにしてほしい。

初めての名古屋訪問で印象を良くした一つでもある。
Pros:

トイレ・風呂の入り口にある開閉ノブにLEDで照明の状況が分かる事は良かった。朝食の内容が良かった。

◆エレベーターに乗る時に部屋に入る時に使用するカードを接触する事が分からなかった。入口から遠い位置で近くの階数指示をしたが同乗者から教えてもらった。一人だけで乗ったならどうなったか分からないと思う。宿泊手続時に説明が必要な事だと思います。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　◆机の脇にLED照明が帰る時に分かった。簡単な部屋の説明のロケーションに示していだければ一目で自分の利用したい時に使用すると思う。テレビ表示ではなく机上であれば高齢者の私にとってありがたい。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　◆名古屋駅でホテルにネット掲載にあった電話番号に電話すると「現在は使用されていません」とコールされて右も左も分からない私は困った。別のホテル宿泊する友達にマップ表示で探してもらい解決しました。
