Pros:

The location is excellent within 5 min walk from Nagoya station. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. Every floor had laundry self-service which is very convenient.

駅からも近くて、最高でした。
Pros:

チェックアウト後の夕方、観光から帰って来た時　帰りの荷物整理がしたくて、フロントの方に荷物広げてもいいですか？て聞いたら朝、朝食をいただくフロアーを解放してくれていてそこで少し休憩もかねてゆっくりできました。ありがたかったです。

Short stay travelling by shinkansen
Pros:

Close to main train station. Compact rooms, but comfortable. Shower over bath. Kettle and small fridge in room. Excellent breakfast. Access to tea and coffee almost all day in ground floor cafe was a nice extra detail.

Cons:

Pillow a bit too firm for my liking. Nothing else negative to say.

初めて名古屋で宿泊しました
Pros:

朝食がとても美味しかった
特に赤味噌の御味噌汁が美味しかったです

チェックイン前に手荷物を預かって頂く際、手荷物と駅で買ったおみやげ物をまとめる場所（カフェ）を快く提供頂けて助かりました

Cons:

スタッフに事前にお願いしていた毛布貸与の返事が来なかったので当日確認した
領収書発行お願いしたら、代行経由（御社）予約の為出せません、代行元に依頼してくれと言われました

立地は良かったのですが、名古屋駅前は大きな工事中で徒歩ではホテルが探しづらかったです、そこは宿泊前にお知らせ頂きたかったな

Relaxing short stay

We stayed one night with my girlfriend at Comfort Hotel Nagoya Shinkansenguchi. We had a great experience through our short stay. The check-in was quick with the great crew. The room was really clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was also nice.
