Le personnels très sympas, toujours souriant, accueillant. Dans la chambre vous avez le nécessaire pour boire un thé/café, assiettes, couvert, micro-ondes etc.. sinon chambre propre nettoyer tous les jours.
Les couloirs sente vraiment pas bon, l’odeur de renfermement. On a était déçu de la piscine. Plage pas comme sur les photos, nous au mois d’octobre on a pas pu mettre pied. Emplacement difficile, on a dû appeler Bolt pour chaque déplacement, rien n’est à côtés et difficile de faire les trajets à pied, vous êtes au bord d’une double voie.

The beach is not safe to walk on. It’s full of batteries broken bottles broken tiles
The working area in the room is not appropriate for a laptop and mouse and when I asked reception for one of the spare tables they have many of they said no
The Internet I’ve resisted as fast as 25 mb down and 1.8mb upload, however the most worrying about is that all communications through the Internet are tracked
This was evident when I turned off my VPN and logged in, I then received multiple login attempts and three days of two factor authentication codes being text to me for that one account - as an IT admin, it didn’t take long to figure out everything I typed was being tracked
If you are working here, you must use a VPN. It is not safe to use their Internet.
The breakfast was terrible and full of uncooked foods, and an egg station which couldn’t cook eggs
For lunch, I had a raw chicken burger which gave me food poisoning

Noise levels.. can hear traffic from road doors not sound proof. House keeping did not top up basic amenities. Breakfast selection small.
Nothing. The staff were terrible. We booked a suite. Which was not provided. As a family we booked 4rooms 3 partial sea view and 1 suite. We were given rooms in different buildings. We had booked in May and we had requested that the rooms be in 1 building. Our parents who are above 70yrs had to move the next day. The lift was not working. The restaurant didn’t have proper food.
Same as above. Everything was bad about the property. Even though they didn’t provide the suite they didn’t even refund the amount

The worst experience ever in Thailand. Don't ever go to their restaurant unless you want extremely bad/slow service and waitresses who roll their eyes when u ask for an extra plate. The ice in glasses melted and fish got cold as we waited for an extra glass and plate. My brother is special with special needs and everywhere in Thailand in the last 15 years we have experienced such great hospitality except this place. We were even considering to stay here next time due to its great location by the beach but I'm glad I got to see the horrible face of their staff before I wasted any more money. Also they charged me for a coke we didn't drink or never even opened. With my brother we never know if he wants more or less so we always order more and return unopened water or coke with no problem ever in any country any place except this place. They were charging 3 times the price of regular coke. Charges of fancy places abd service of shityy kiosks. 7 11 right next will be a better choice instead of coming here. When I asked for manager the girl at the counter said not available l. When I told her to call him she just gave me his card because even she was least bothered to make an ounce of an effort to make a good impression or address my concerns. Terrible place terrible service. I paid 940 baht that I pay in holiday inn where I'm staying with incredible service. This 3 star place is charging 5 star rates and don't bother to train waitresses.

Honestly everything were om point
Absolutely stunning! Walking out of our room into a pool was a surreal experience. Staff was all very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Not through the hotel but there was even a longboat charter buisness we used to go to the BEAUTIFUL Coral Island. Food was very good but took a while to actually get after ordering. We ended up walking two minutes down the beach to Selinas to eat most of our meals.
