Wonderful place to stay in Buenos Aires
Pros:

Loved my stay at Shoshana. The staff were all wonderful, and made you feel at home. The room was large with a seperate couch/table/kitchen area from the beds. Snacks/good coffee are available day and night. A great rooftop deck. But the staff are what really made Shoshana wonderful!

Great stay with friendly staff and all you need
Pros:

Location in a good area of the city, very smooth check-in and check-out process. Staff was just excellent, friendly and welcoming, felt like you are staying in a family home. There were available drinks and snacks during the whole stay, breakfast was tasty and filling.

Great location, fantastic service
Pros:

The location was great and the rooms also nice. However, the personal service that we received from the staff far exceeded expectations. Eze, in particular I would like to mention. He greeted us by name upon arrival and made us immediately feel welcome. I say this without exaggeration that I don’t think I have ever met a friendlier and more helpful hotel manager. He was absolutely fantastic. If I ever travel to BA again, I will most certainly stay at the Shoshana primarily because of the welcome and kindness we received from Eze.

Cons:

Nothing. I enjoyed my entire stay.

Perfect accommodation for families to immerse in local life while exploring Buenos Aires.
Pros:

The location is residential and offers a variety of nearby restaurants. The reception staff is available 24 hours a day and is very helpful. Snack foods and drinks are included in the price and are accessible in the reception area around the clock. Additionally, the spacious facilities make it an ideal place for families.

A lovely boutique hotel with fabulous, friendly staff.
Pros:

A little gem tucked away in a quiet street in the Arcos district (near Palermo) but just a block away from a Hop On Hop Off bus route allowing good access to the rest of the city. Spacious room and the cold breakfast buffet stays available all day which is great for early arrivals, late risers or those needing a snack at any time. The staff are fabulous. Very welcoming and friendly and will help arrange taxis or other bookings. In particular I should mention Ezequiel who speaks excellent English and was over and above when my husband got sick and needed to go to the local medical centre (conveniently just round the corner). He accompanied us to translate which was definitely needed. Thanks also to his boss who was happy for Ezequiel to stay with us and came too at the start to make sure my husband was seen quickly (we were travelling the following day). If you like personal service and boutique hotels then I highly recommend the Shoshana.
