Staff are your best resource!!
Pros:

Staff was helpful and professional, the kitchen staff even attempted to open the shower spray for me.
No luck, the tv attendant showed me after the fact of a tub bath.

Cons:

No Discount because of all the issues!

Cons:

Check in. Told room was ready, given keys, arrive to find housekeeping still stripping beds from last guest. ac unit leaked water all over floor all night. No utensils in kitchen. Was asked not to use 2nd bedroom because it was only 2 of us. Filthy floors, bottom of feet were black from grime. Hot water slow. Nothing good to say at all.

I didn't like the way they had the vehicle entrance blocked they were making customers go through the exit side in which it was very unsafe. I ended hitting my vehicle in one of the barriers and damaged my vehicle.

The room was not cleaned while we were out . The trash was not taken out we did not get fresh clean towels . Had to ask for toilet paper.

Quality Inn Santa Clara, no journey too small, come as a stranger and come back again.
Pros:

I got surprised with an extra suite. The sink and bathroom counter was so beautiful and classy. I took a hot bath first thing and the water was scorching hot. I especially loved the vending machines right outside my door with the Diet Coke, I had two. It was quiet and parties are not permitted. The other guests were respectful. Breakfast was as usually good being Quality Inn but they even had tater tots. It was especially nice to relax in the cool AC and clean bed after a long adventure through the Bay Area. I felt refreshed and ready for the journey home. Two thumbs up. I’ll be back.
