Logement en plein coeur de la ville
Pros:

Logement très sympa avec toutes les facilités.
Dans un quartier vivant mais absolument pas dérangeant pour dormir. Le métro est à 5min et le parc Mont Royal n'est vraiment pas loin. L'équipe qui gère le logement est très réactive à la moindre question.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif, c'est l'escalier étroit pour monter au logement avec les grosses valises.

It was well equipped and very spacious and super clean. The host made sure there were sufficient supplies beforehand. Everything was very smooth from checking in to exploring places nearby.

Cons:

Just the fact that parking was tricky to find. There is one parking station within walkable distance but I wish there was one closer especially since I was travelling with a special needs person. Otherwise everything was great about the place.

A free crib was requested and was not available.

Big comfy fun place
Pros:

Hosts were great! Helpful and warm. Apartment was very large, with 2 roomy bedrooms and big living room/kitchen/dining area. Outstanding mattresses. Zoned heat, so no arguments. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the snazzy shower. 4-digit code locks, so easy for us all to come and go independently without managing a key. Zeez Burgers and Kazo Ramen were both right downstairs on the 1st floor, but I would have walked a mile to get to either of them. Seriously, I'm actively missing both of those places now that I'm home. The neighborhood was lively and hip, packed with great restaurants. Bar Darling is one block away and it was a truly great bar, huge and festive, with a killer selection of draft ciders and beers. Looking forward to going back!

We'll equipped Urban Montreal living for a family or group.
Pros:

great location, not far from station, close to restaurants entertainment and parks, well equipped, pretty and functional decor. keyless access.

Cons:

The beds were not the most comfortable, and the neighbours can be noisy. stairs can make moving luggage and small children challenging. finding parking can be a challenge (use an app to pre book)

Excellent stay with two young kids
Pros:

Excellent location on a pedestrian-only road full of bakeries, restaurants, and groceries. The space was modern and well maintained, and a perfect home base while traveling with two young kids. Management was extremely easy to communicate with as well! I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little cramped but not much to be done about it (shower was nicely modernized though)

Misleading presentation, they present you with a property and when you arrive you find yourself two floors by stairs. The mattress is hard as a stone. The access door is as safe as a paper and the access is like entering a terrible place. Also charge you more than U$S 300 for a posilga
