Great value great location
Pros:

Great location owner very friendly, room was very clean

Cons:

My only gripe was that we were on the 3rd floor & after a few beers it's like climbing a mountain

Loved the food offerings at all times it was really good. But bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was great ! However I asked for rubbish to be removed from the room 3 times and it wasn't. I had to remove rubbish myself.

Cons:

No clean bedding or towels during our 4 night stay not even freshening the room up.

Great value for money in a great location.
Pros:

Didn't try the breakfast as there are so many places to eat in Blackpool. The location was great as I was attending the music festival at the Winter Gardens which was 1 minute away on foot!

Would not stay here again I’m afraid. Quite disappointing stay at the property
Pros:

Location was good for the centre and tower attractions. Property was nice and warm.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bedroom door would not close. Door missing off lounge area so bed could be put in front of doorway. Furniture very miss matched. Floor lifting. Dirty under put up bed in lounge. Couldn’t sleep properly as they had outside lights outside and blinds did not block off the light all. Was like daylight in the rooms. Noise from a pump going most of the night also
Which did not help sleep. No tv in lounge was in bedroom so not ideal if kids in bed and you wanted to watch tv. Bathroom floor gets soaking while having shower as curtain is about a foot off the floor. Loads of dirty silicone piled around shower etc. there was also a strong smell of weed in and out of the apartment which is not ideal with kids too.
