Absolutely loved this hotel! And not sure why it only
has a 4 star rating as it deserves a 5 star. Hotel is brand new and it is beautifully decorated. It has a nice pool, gym and bar on the top floor and a nice restaurant on the main floor. Their buffet was really good with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was upgraded for us and it was very large with leather furniture to lounge on. The bathroom was very nice with a nice soaker tub. Our bed was firm but not too hard, which we prefer. Hotel is also very close to the night market (5 min walk) and walking distance to lots of shops. The only cons on the hotel were there are not many nice restaurants nearby that we could find and the area was pretty quiet. This would have also been due to the time of year that we are here and the fact that a lot of the area is just being developed. Overall we loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone that it looking to come to Ha Long and spend some relaxing time in a very nice hotel.

Impressed with the crews’ good command of English. They upgraded us to junior suite! Feeling so pampered by the excellent service. Super clean room as hotel is newly opened. Love the bathtub. Located near market and food stalls. Will definitely choose this hotel if I visit Halong Bay again!

Very nice hotel, but the area is kind of a "void". It is hard to find a restaurant that is open and with menus in english.

Everything was excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is just perfect with lots of food, drinks and massage options around. Huge breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel organized a boat tour for us the same morning we arrived, so we had enough time to visit everything Ha Long Bay has to offer.

Beautiful hotel in a nice, walkable area. Our room was wonderful. Comfortable beds, nice sitting area and a very nice bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The hotel is brand new, so I would strongly recommend it, just by that virtue alone. But on top, the staff was amazing - very friendly and organized they were drugging our baggage, calling us taxi and opening doors for us 24/7. The placement of the hotel is also great - just one block away from a lot of night life and the night bazaar. If I would recommend something that is the increase the temperate of the swimming pool on the top floor to make it more pleasant for swimming.

I like how the property is very clean and how the room was very spacious. Staff members spoke English well and went above and beyond our expectations and needs. We stayed even longer at this hotel and they were able help us book rooms for our family members who decided to come. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options that will accomodate to your taste. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Halong.
