Pros:

Everything. The view was spectacular, the staff was so helpful and friendly and the food was amazing. We had a private villa with a balcony. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views, exceptional service and a wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful views, amazing staff and an unreal villa. From the before we arrived to the staff where so friendly checking what time we would arrive and asking us if we would like a reservation for dinner with the private chef ( this is a must the food us mind blowing) I can rate our stay highly enough

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel élégant avec un personnel attentionné
Pros:

L'hôtel est élégant et design. La chambre est spacieuse. La vue sur le lac est superbe. La piscine se fond dans le décor du lac. Le chef cuisinier a beaucoup de talent. Ses plats sont délicieux. Absolument à tester. Il fait lui même ses pâtes. Le personnel est attentionné.

Cons:

La salle de bain n'est pas pratique. Pas de porte à la douche. Il est nécessaire de faire attention pour ne pas asperger toute la salle de bain. Veiller à s'assurer qu'une place de parking est disponible car il n'est pas aisé sinon de se garer. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus étoffé. Si les transats sont esthétiques, ils sont très peu confortables.

We only wish it wasn't raining the whole time we were there so we could've used the pool

The staff are incredible, food is divine and view beautiful

Cons:

The bathrooms - water goes everywhere! Need new shower head and a shower door to stop water going all over the floor, plus the tap over the sink creates so much mess. Looks beautiful but is not functional.

Lovely, large room, comfy bed, amazing dinner/good breakfast-ask if pool open before booking.
Pros:

This intimate B&B has spectacular views of Lake Como-They have a lovely pool as well-it was not open for use when we arrived, which was disappointing, as we would have hoped to have been been told this prior to arrival....this was one of the main reasons we paid more than what was typical for the area when selecting our lodging. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinner even better-the chef made non-complicated(not over complicated as are some attempting to impress) perfectly proportioned and delicious dinner-loved every bit of his food, down to the dessert!

Cons:

No notice of the pool being closed-this is what they advertise for this particular B&B, and customers should expect what is advertised.

Best food. Great views. Amazing staff.
Pros:

Amazing food.. one of the best meals my girlfriend and I had out there. The house was stunning, great breakfast, the view was great and all the staff were so welcoming, informative and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was slightly close to the road, but.. we didn’t hear a thing. There’s actually a nice stream next door that drowns out the car sound.
