I like that the staff were attentive; from being responsive to inquiries to the assistance they provided on-site. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The lighting in the room could be improved as it was a bit dark.
The towels were thinning already.
Wifi was available, but it does not connect to the Internet.
Breakfast could be improved. The lighting in the restaurant too.
Some regular fumigation should be done as mosquitos were aplenty.
All in all, it was a good overnight stay for us. But at that price point, we expected better.

The jacuzzi was cold. This was the main reason for choosing the place, so…..
The sink didn’t have hot water. The shower would run out of water and then we would have to wait for some time before it came back.
