Not the ritz but fine and worth repeat future stays
Pros:

Close to things. Good amenities generally. Clearly allowed pets. This did not impact my experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was sparse. Bring your own to heat up or go to town. The registration desk and food area was nice. The staff was great. Helped get a lost item back. The room was old. But fine and clean! I’d stay again. Good price.

Pros:

I made reservations through Booking.com. for one night. BUT needed to stay for two nights.
Staff told me that can't stay two nights. my reservations is for one night, because I did my reservation through a third party can't stay another night. So we left early morning. I won't stay at this hotel never.

Very clean which was the best part of stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was only a snack. Staff was only cordial. Not responsive to problems.
This review would have been much better if I felt these issues were new or even recent. So easy to fix these minor complaints.

Cons:

Correct wi-fi. They obviously have no desire to fix. Was not able to use. Light between beds switch was broken and I’m sure had been broken for some time.
Invest in a better than Dollar store router. Wi- fi is a basic ammenity today. $2.00 light switch.

Pros:

Location and green space around the building.

Cons:

It smelled musty when we walked in, which came from the bathroom. Bathtub was stained and mildew all around. Smelled moldy. The caulk around sink was missing. There were things that could be done to make it cleaner and maintained.

Pros:

Employees were very friendly. Made us feel welcome. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was great. Had 2 convenience stores by it and a few restaurants.

Cons:

I wish there was a outlet on other side of bed. My husband and I were by-paps at night and could only plug one in. Chairs to table were low and not comfortable.

Pros:

Pretty much the only place to stay in Onawa. We were checking in and the lobby was crowded and we started visiting with other people and laughing just having a good time. The lady at the front desk threatened to not check us in if we weren't quiet. Never had that happen before we were all having a good time.

Pros:

Fan in BR didn’t work. Some flies but Onawa seems to have more flies than usual this year outside and a few other places. GreatAC. Especially friendly day staff. Great mattress. Park right outside room. Very Clean everywhere. Carpet in room with stains. Warm blanket. Few minutes driving to church, downtown. Good overall store very close by. Bonguards. Sunrise grocery in town is very excellent for small town, wine, selection of foods. Staff. Recently remodeled.
