Pas pu rentrer dans l'appartement : éviter Liv MTL Main

Je n'ai jamais pu rentrer dans la chambre, l'hôte n'a jamais envoyé la procédure pour récupérer les clefs ni répondu à mes messages. C'est inadmissible. L'hôte doit me rembourser maintenant!

Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment. Well stocked with tons of kitchen items and supplies. Bedding not too fabulous, but totally fine for short stay. Easy to get around, cute coffee and bagel shops nearby. Would totally book again!

Cons:

The information on the website says parking offsite and is $19/day. It was $30 per day and lot has very strange hours. Cars are locked inside lot until 11am on weekends. Street parking is impossible and the lots that LIV recommends are not good at all.

So if driving do a bit of work in advance to figure out options.

Joli appartement idéalement situé
Pros:

L'aide précieuse de l'interlocuteur au téléphone pour nous aider à finaliser la réservation, qui n'a pas hésité à nous rappeler jusqu'à qu'on soit dans l'appartement.
Très joli appartement, propre, bien équipé, idéalement situé dans le quartier du Plateau dans une rue commerçante, c'était parfait.

Cons:

La banquette lit dans le salon n'est pas très confortable car coupée en deux par une différence de matelas, dur pour le dos !!

Pros:

The staff were helpful and tried their best to address the issues. The location of the flat was good and close to many city attractions. Be careful that not all flats are as shown in the photos shown on the main page. Only the unit 203 i.e., the most expensive room is shown there, the rest of units look much different.

Cons:

The toilet was clogged, after a shower water was everywhere in the flat, when we arrived the duvet didn't have a cover and the mattress cover was stained! The flat is advertised with a capacity of 6 adults and one separate room. But even that separate room is not a room, it's just a studio with 3 beds. The windows of unit 201 do not do a proper sound isolation and yet they face the street next to the apartment. Given the room is next to a very noisy street, during the busy weekends don't expect a silent room till 3:00 AM.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet appartement 😊
La procédure d’arrivée est facile.
L’appartement est bien équipé, lumineux et confortable.
L’emplacement est top pour la journée beaucoup moins pour le soir si vous y êtes en weekend
Nous avons eu tout le confort nécessaire.

Cons:

Le logement est mis à son avantage sur les photos mais il est un peu plus petit qu’il n’y parait.
Il se situe dans une rue de fête.
Perso, nous avions la chambre côté rue et je n’ai pas pu dormir.
Pour ceux qui craignent la lumière, c’est pareil il n’y a que des stores bannes et même fermés la lumière passe. Ce serait judicieux de mettre des rideaux occultants.

Tolles Apartment für den Städtetrip nach Montreal!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft sowie die anwesenden Gastgeber waren sehr nett und schön! Die Lage ist wirklich richtig gut.
Das Apartment selbst war einwenig kleiner als wir dachten, aber mit einer Luftmatratze ging es dann sehr gut!

Pros:

Ruimte was voldoende groot waardoor we met gezin van vier prima terecht konden. Locatie nabij bus die direct centrum in gaat is praktisch

Cons:

Was erg mager met inventaris (borden, bestek), waardoor je telkens opnieuw de afwasmachine moet aan doen. Er is best wat geluid van de straat van uitgaansleven. Daar moet je wel tegen kunnen.
