I liked the rooms and the breakfast was decent

Cons:

The staff was very rude and management fraudulently absconded with our deposit without actual evidence or proof that we violated any rules. They refused to resolve the issue.

The lady at checkin was friendly and made me feel very welcome. The bed was comfy, pillows too, clean hotel, nice pressure in shower & sanitizer on tables for breakfast 10/10

Not A Good Value and Disconceeting

Location and price led us to book here but next time I will pay a little more and avoid Comfort Inns

Cons:

The bathroom sink stopper would not operate and the toilet seat was very loose. The room was poorly maintained.

The television in the adjacent room played loudly until 4:00 am.

Most unusual the clerk at check in asked for a credit card and drivers license then proceed to manually record all data on the card and driver’s license. The card was not scanned as one would expect.

The room was booked and paid through Booking.Com. There could be no incidental charges, no incidentals offered by the hotel. Very unusual.
