Hotel okay, Kundenservice miserabel
Pros:

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Unkompliziertes Check-In mit Schlüsselbox. Preis in Ordnung.

Zimmer war dreckig (fremde Haare auf Toilette und Waschbecken)
Check-Out gemäss Angaben jeden Tag ab 07.00 Uhr. Um 07.30 Uhr war niemand vor Ort, hinter abgeschlossener Tür haben wir jemanden gehört, wir haben geklopft aber niemand hat geantwortet. Diese Information sollte auf Booking somit aktualisiert werden. Frühstück haben wir daher auch keines erhalten, dieses gibt es gemäss Booking am Wochenende erst ab 08.00 Uhr womit dies in Ordnung war.
Die offene Rechnung konnten wir daher auch nicht begleichen. Im Booking-Nachrichtenportal wurde dann nach meiner E-Mail gefragt um mir die Rechnung zukommen zu lassen. Danach hat das Hotel über eine Woche nicht mehr geantwortet trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen meinerseits. Erst als ich nochmals eine E-Mail direkt ans Hotel gesendet habe, wurde mir die IBAN ohne Rechnung oder eine weitere Nachricht zugesendet. Sehr inkompetenter und unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen wie es ist, wenn man etwas vom Hotel braucht. (Hier ging es ja darum dass ich die offene Rechnung noch begleichen muss, also wollte das Hotel ja etwas von mir...)

Kleines Hotel für kleine Ansprüche
Pros:

Einchecken über Schlüsselkasten völlig unkompliziert, Parken kostenlos und unkompliziert.
Sehr nette Frühstücksservice-Dame, nur leider ohne Deutschkenntnisse, einfaches Frühstück ohne Variationen. Alles in allem: wer keine Ansprüche stellt, der kommt hier sehr gut und ausreichend unter.

Cons:

Was mich komplett irritiert hat, war der komplett fehlende Zimmerservice. Keinerlei Badreinigung und das Ausleeren des Mülls fanden statt.

Die Lage war gut. Der Bahnhof stört nicht. Das Personal war freundlich. Trotz kleiner Minuspunkte würden wir wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung passt.

Cons:

Das Tresorschlüsselfach funktioniert nicht, bringt gleich Aufregung bei der Anreise. Das Frühstück war im Prinzip in Ordnung, aber das Angebot war 5 Tage lang das gleiche und von der Menge her sehr schmal. Oft musste man warten, das nachgelegt wurde. Es ga keine Abwechslung. Kleine Reparaturen (Türklinke, Glühbirnen) sollten zeitnahe umgesetzt werden.
