Our second exceptional stay at the Walliserhof Saas Fee. From our incredible suite to the faultless service from all the staff, this hotel leaves no stone unturned to ensure that everything is perfect.

Beautiful hotel, unpretentious, using natural wood and stone. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente und erstklassigem Service. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders die Saunen und Ruhezonen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist schön, aber etwas kühl. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man eher wärmeres Wasser bevorzugt. Frühstück, Zimmer und Lage: top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The best experience ever. A wonderful moment to disconnect and rest with the best staff to take care of me. I went to the spa for a massage and it was amazing. I also had the 4 course menu at the restaurant and finally one of the best rooms with view to the mountains. I strong recommend this hotel .

Fantastic hotel, staff were so attentive, spa was amazing. Could not fault anything. We were on a half board rate and we were blown away by the quality and presentation of the food. Highly recommend

Excellent as always but the roadway outside was being “worked on “, so rather noisy during the day. But not the fault of the hotel!

Important things first. Room spotless, bed comfortable, shower good and service delightful. Located in the middle of town. Can be a bit of a rabbit warren depending whereabouts you’re staying. The pool was good, as was the Don Pedro restaurant. Breakfast what you’d expect from a five star establishment.

But… if I could have scored it 9/10 I would have done so. 5 star establishments have to tick lots of boxes. This place is expensive (but then this is Switzerland) and it was noisy (they did warn us in advance of road and building work next door, but maybe not the best place for a Relais et Silence) and the sink was one of those where design outdid function (a pet personal hate). Perhaps my tiny reservations are unfair but if I were to visit Saas Fee again I’d probably look for a smaller, cheaper place with more local character and this last factor prevents me awarding top stars.

I have never in all my 62 years had a better experience at a hotel, and I have visited many all over the world during my life so far. All you need to know is the hotel is perfect, and the management and the staff at the Walliserhof Saas-Fee simply have got everything right. If you are hesitating, do not think twice to click on the confirm reservation button. You will only be delighted with your decision.

They say in life you get what you pay for; this is so true when it comes to hotels and we were so glad to be staying here when the blizzards raged, the lights went out and the road to, and all contact with, the outside world was blocked, it would seem, indefinitely. There was no sense of panic in the hotel management; plans were put in place and guests were kept informed of the fast-developing situation. Staff were on hand and able to put our minds at ease about continuing to stay beyond our booked departure date and providing food, albeit in very difficult circumstances. This response was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The hotel director should be commended for his calm leadership and his staff responded with courtesy and efficiency to our changing requirements. I had long wanted to stay here and the weather adventures made it all the more memorable.

Friendly, warm welcome and great service. From the ski room to ski lifts, the hotel shuttle service worked like a dream. The sleep quality (beds and linens) was dreamy! Great breakfast with fresh fruit, excellent coffee, homemade jam, a honey comb... Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Great hotel and staff; only drawback was the room temperature, which was way too hot, and we were told the only way to regulate this was to leave the window open permanently during our stay!

Having not been to Saas Fee for 15 years we decided to stay at the Walliserhof hotel. What a great decision. The Walliserhof is a perfect place to stay if you are travelling to Saas Fee. The rooms are very comfortable especially the bed. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food served in the Casar Ritz restaurant is really excellent. The pool and spa is very welcome after a day on the slopes. When we next come back to Saas fee we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere other than the Walliserhof, I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

A wonderful stay at. beautiful hotel. Every single member of staff is unbelievably attentive, friendly , hospitable and accommodating - from the cleaning staff , spa staff , waiting team , bar girls , shuttle drivers / porters to the management team and wonderful chef ! big thankyou to Florentina for a full week of wonderful service!!!
Food is creative - beautifully presented and varied flavours and dishes every night ! restaurant ambience perfect due to amazing pianist and singer .. and the overall high standards of warmth , customer focus and cleanliness.
Spa beautiful with adult only quiet area - amazing treatment options but sadly not enough staff / slots available to fully access this ( my only critique - as would have loved to have more treatments ! )
Suite was lovely - amazing views all round and gorgeous wood burning stove in room / minibar etc
wardrobes area a bit small
and no dressing table which i missed - but really lovely . boot room well organised and kept vey clean
and tidy. Saas Feea bit on small side ski area for us but the hotel

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in February half term. Children were made really welcome, colouring at dinner, mini dressing gowns and slippers, little teddies on the bed.

We stayed in the Attica suite, was very spacious and really worked with the kids.

Afternoon tea, complimentary selection for cakes was great.

Dinner in the evening was extremely high standard and really enjoyed the live pianist too.

Ski shuttles were always free and very minimal wait.

Only improvement would be breakfast buffet was in a small space and could be spread out a bit across the restaurant so felt unnecessarily cramped / crowded. Also not sure why extra charge for certain eggs, given the room rates, normally this is complimentary.
