La struttura è in un ottima posizione, ti trovi in centro.
Ottimo il personale attento, gentile, curato.
La camera impeccabile, pulita ottima pozione sevizi ben curati.
Colazione e cena ottime buffet ben servito e sempre rifornito, piatti ben curati e ben serviti.

Pros:

Hotel in centro, a un passo dal cuore di Moena. Stanza di dimensioni discrete, letto comodo, locali puliti. Bagno ampio e fornito di tutto. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto in sala.
Buone la colazione e la cena, buffet abbastanza ricco.
La SPA è un plus, ben organizzata e la piscina esterna, seppur piccina, è molto suggestiva.
Trattamento massaggi consigliato!

Cons:

Consiglierei di includere la cuffia nel pacchetto wellness in dotazione, piuttosto che venderla.

Eccellente colazione e ottima cena con ampia scelta, il personale cordiale e disponibile. Spa davvero piacevole e ben organizzata. Ottimi consigli per le escursioni da parte dello staff dell' hotel ....Nadia , guida brillante e simpaticissima, fondamentale nella scelta delle bellissime escursioni!

Pros:

Excellent hotel close to the center of Moena. Very friendly staff. Fantastic wellness zone with swimming pool, 2 saunas and whirlpool. We had a half-boarding and the food was delicious. There is also small fitness room. We have played table tennis and there is also
pool table.

Cons:

I could not find really anything that I can complaint about.
