Pathetic - cockroach swarmed rooms

Nothing, I didn't check in, Hotel gave me my refund

Cons:

Cleanliness was beyond poor, as soon as I entered the room, it was swarmed by the cockroaches, when I asked the hotel , they said they'll spray some liquids and when I asked for another room , they said it had the same condition room, so they gave me back my refund in form of cash and didn't even make arrangements for me to stay in another hotel

As I mentioned very specifically that washroom should be clear ..there was no towel when I called that time we got that... Cockroach was coming out on one of the pillow..rest was very good experience...food service was great..
