Tout correspondait à mes attentes.
Pros:

La très bonne situation géographique. Très calme et sécurisé. Le personnel était très disponible et m'a donné des conseils utiles.

Hotel muito bem situado, moderno, com funcionários muito simpáticos. Adorei
Pros:

Localização e simpatia dos funcionários.
O quarto triplo tem mesmo cama para terceira pessoa ao contrário de todos os outros em que é um sofá-cama. Decoração muito atual. Pequeno-almoço excelente.

Cons:

O elevador estava avariado. E o quarto ficava no quinto andar

Posizione ottima per visitare la città con comodo parcheggio coperto vicinissimo a prezzi onesti.
Stanza pulita forse un po’ piccola ma per una notte va benissimo.

Our experience staying at this hotel was overall poor, and would not recommend due to lack of customer care.
Pros:

Centrally located, able to walk to most major attractions within city. Room was small but comfortable.

Cons:

We were informed that the elevator was broken and our room on the third floor, they asked if this was okay but we didn’t really feel like there was an alternative, and no compensation was offered. Additionally every time we went to reception there was nobody there (and no bell) and we had to wait. We had a very early check out and had to actually call the hotel from our personal phones in an attempt to get someone to come to reception, this wait almost caused us to miss our transfer to the airport.

Pros:

The location is perfect. The concept and the decoration of the hotel is so tasteful. The room had all the facilities, everything was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and polite, welcoming.

Bien ubicado pero muy poco profesional

La ubicación y l- cama, grande y muy cómoda

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, el ascensor estaba estropeado y al irnos seguía sin funcionar (no fue cosa de un rato).
Nos dieron habitación en la 3ª planta ( nos ofrecieron otra con dos camas en la 2ª, pero para el caso hubiera sido igual), y tuvimos que subir nosotros las maletas. Si en un hotel se estropea el ascensor, debería ser él con su personal el que se hiciera cargo de los bultos, además de garantizar una pronta reparación .
Por otro lado, la habitación era tan pequeña que no permitía ni abrir las maletas sin subirlas a la cama
