Wielkanoc wśród zabytków i zieleni
Pros:

Hotel jest niewielki, ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację – w pobliżu są parki, zabytki, muzea, restauracje, a równocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Pokój był mały, ale bardzo wygodnie urządzony, poza tym wystrój dawał złudzenie większej przestrzeni – niczego nam nie brakowało. Poza tym był ładny i dopracowany w każdym szczególe – od tapet po kolor czajnika i kubeczków :) Personel jest pomocny, uśmiechnięty, cały czas ktoś był dostępny. Doskonały patent z dystrybutorem wody i butelkami szklanymi. W każdej chwili można zejść i wodę uzupełnić. Bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadanie w wygodnej sali śniadaniowej o pięknym wystroju stylizowanym na lata 20. XX wieku. Doskonała kawa, świeże soki, chrupiące świeże pieczywo w dużym wyborze (dwa rodzaje bagietek, brioszka, croissants, pains au chocolat, cramiques), rozmaitość wędlin, sery, owoce… Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Podsumowując – świetne miejsce na odpoczynek i zwiedzanie :)

Cons:

W pokoju unosił się specyficzny "wilgotny" zapach. Wiele osób wcześniej o tym pisało. Tyle że to nie wina hotelu. Ten zapach jest w całym mieście – zwłaszcza w drewnianych elementach budynków, mebli etc. Czuliśmy go w parkach i muzeach. To "oddech" Loary – cena, jaką Nantes płaci za bliskość rzeki.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Beds very comfortable, decent shower and in a nice area of Nantes. Lovely decor.

Cons:

Room is small and there is little storage space for cases etc.

Higly recommend!!
Pros:

This is my third or fourth time staying at the Billie hotel. The young man at the desk at night is always so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is very accommodating.

Hospitality business that lacks hospitality.

Location was good

Cons:

There was a strong chemical smell in the room that did not dissipate, even after ventilating for several hours. During the night, it caused burning eyes and throat irritation, and my husband experienced a severe allergic reaction with difficulty breathing.
Staff acknowledged the smell but did not offer an adequate solution. We were not moved to another room initially, no blankets were provided, and we were told to sleep in the lobby. We effectively spent the night outside the room we had paid for.
Only after 2 a.m. were we given another room. The following morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment from management.
This situation was handled very poorly and fell far below basic hospitality standards.
We contacted bookings and through the agent we were refunded the first night. Our “ accommodation “ for the night on photos.
