We arranged and confirmed a 7-seater airport transfer twice via Booking.com messages (price, flight details and arrival time confirmed). Our flight was delayed by one hour and we then waited over an hour at the airport with no response from the hotel. When a car arrived, it was only a 5-seater and we had to hold luggage on our laps. The driver did not know the destination address.

On arrival, staff attempted to charge an additional 8% surcharge despite our Booking.com confirmation stating all taxes and fees were included. They also demanded payment for all nights upfront and attempted to charge for a 7-seater transfer that was not provided.

The room conditions were unacceptable: one room had an internal balcony overlooking the lobby with no privacy, there was no soundproofing, the curtains were not blackout, and the room remained bright overnight. We found multiple hairs inside the bed sheets and had to request replacements. Towels provided had brown stains. The fire escape was blocked with stored items, making it unusable in an emergency. There was no visible security, and anyone could access the building and elevators.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we checked out the next morning.

Wear and tear in the rooms, some mould and humidity issues, cleanliness could have been better.

I stayed in three different rooms. The second one was less spacious (but again, I booked it at the last minute, during the holiday season). The first one was plenty spacious and the only thing I would like to see improved is the drainage from the shower--it sent a lot of water over the bathroom floor. I hope they can fix that. Other than these small things, it's a great place, with a lot of charm and wonderful staff.

The coffee was toooo strong

When bathing the hot water turn to cold,have to readjust.

Bed was very good, wide and clean, room did not had any smell. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

el desayuno fue un desastre, no había comida, tuve que pedir que me hicieran unas tortitas y un jugo de naranja, el personal de cocina me dijo que ya no había, tuve que quejarme en recepción, les recordé que el horario de desayuno que ellos onen es de 7:30 en adelante y eran las 8 de la mañana, y no había nada de desayunar. me comentaron que es porque había desayunado un grupo grande, desafortunadamente les contesté diciéndoles, pues deben de tener comida para todas las personas que están alojadas en el hotel. Al final nos hicieron las tortitas.

no habían vistas a la ciudad sino a un patio interior, la habitación, era pequeña y un poco calurosa, afortunadamente tenía aire acondicionado.

Room for four people was extremely small with no space for luggage.
Breakfast room was also tiny and not big enough to facilitate the hotel guests during breakfast. Most of the food was finished before 9am.
Staircase was blocked with boxes and wasn’t accessible which makes it an extreme safety hazard in case of an emergency.
