Great spot with wonderful views
Pros:

Property was lovely and perfectly situated.

Cons:

The smell wasn’t great however I assume that’s from the humidity and the inability to open windows. Also having the evacuate immediately sirens go off on our first night!

I wish my visit was longer, hopefully next time I’ll get to use your restaurant.
Pros:

I upgraded to a pool view with bay in the background which made all the difference, the view was stunning. I really enjoyed the hotel lobby, my son loved the pool table and if we had more time we would have used the bikes.

Cons:

During our time in Cairns we stayed at two hotels, the other being the Shangai-la so I’m able to compare them both. Your hotel lobby and pool is definitely more inviting but Shangri-La stood out when it came down to comfort and the smaller things. Their beds are larger and more comfortable, their pillows are amazing and slippers soft and fluffy. Their bathroom is light bright and aesthetically more appealing. Crystalbrook Riley’s bathrooms are a little rundown and tired looking.
I only used Crystalbrooks room service once, and unfortunately the salad wasn’t great. Shangri-La on the other hand has amazing food. Having said that I really enjoyed your hotel, your pool far outweighs the Shangai-La.

Amazing. Highly recommend
Pros:

What an amazing hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms big. Breakfast was amazing and in a lovely area with views of the water.

Cons:

Ants in the room. Could not order room services from all the restaurants on site (pool restaurant). Booked a queen bedroom but got two beds put together to make a queen which sometimes would move and split into two when asleep.
