Pros:

Every aspect at the hotel is really high quality. The food is amazing and the restaurants there are high class. Room is clean, spacious and has great view. Pools are wow, and very good location.

Beautiful location
Pros:

The hotel was located on the Esplanade so a lovely stroll to the Marina, night market and restaurants.

The staff team was very helpful

Incredible breakfast with a wide range of options for all tastes.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the damp air does result in some rooms smelling musty.
The staff were incredibly helpful and I appreciate it’s difficult as so wet and humid at this time of the year. However it wasn’t pleasant.

Pros:

My room was available an hour before 2pm check in time. Staff kindly took my luggage up to my room. I had a beautiful room overlooking the esplanade. No noisey neighbours. Short walk into town.

Beware of swamp cooler

Cons:

The air conditioning did not remove the humidity from the air. It felt like a “swamp cooler” and was not comfortable at all since it was hot outside. Otherwise the place was great.
