We had an amazing time and enjoyed every bit of the hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again! The hotel is absolutely beautiful.

Good location for exploring, good pool area but let down by a couple of small things as above.
Pros:

Great location for town

Cons:

No discipline around the pool - people were leaving towels on beds. We tried to get a bed in the sun and ended up sitting in the cafe.
Also there was a damp smell in our room.

A nice place but for 5 star I expected more.
Pros:

Great location, amazing pool and clean.

Cons:

Staff sent our bags to the wrong room. For 2 hours we were waiting in our room and couldn’t go anywhere/ do much because we needed to access items in our luggage. There was a lack of communication. We also wanted to order room service and the QR code wouldn’t work and when calling, no one would answer.

Outstanding property and service
Pros:

The overall property was outstanding, it had everything you could want. From a beautiful breakfast on the water front, to the pool relaxing on the sun beds or in the water looking out to a beautiful view, to the all the facilities on offer and don’t forget the beautiful room.

Facilities not adequate for 5 star rating.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

We had accessible room which was below standard re facilities. Broken shower hose, cramped tea making area, no shelves in bathroom. Lights, Ac and tv hard to operate.no instructions.
