Super luxuriöses Hotel im Zentrum von Cairns gelegen. Super Hotel mit eigenem Pool um den Urlaub zu genießen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, nur die Tatsache, dass wir das Hotel notdürftig gebucht haben, da unser Flug von Cairns nach Sydney kurzfristig gecancellt wurde. Somit konnten wir die meisten Annehmlichkeiten nicht genießen.

Generally very good.

Cons:

Coffee machines at breakfast out of action- so had to purchase these at the bar. Also the time to wait for fried egg was ridiculous.

QR codes only in room no paper info
Couldn't change temp lower than 21 degree
Reception never told us the phone number for them on check in.
The 3 programmed buttons on phone didn't work, eg Reception, house keeping, room service

Rang for room service 1 night only to be told toasted sandwiches only option

Some staff struggled to understand English had to repeat myself often

Whole room needs a deep clean stains on chairs, dust on walls, scum in shower

String smell of paint cleaner in hallway outside room for first 3 days,

Room tokens to use lift were glitchy often just standing in lift waiting
