Location was very good. Check in and check out processes were quite fast. Providing cold water at reception was very good, although there was no ice machine. WiFi was of adequate speed but there were times when it dropped.
The room felt like it was not maintained well. The hand held bidet was leaking from when we checked in all the way until we checked out. There was very little air circulation in the hotel and in the rooms, it smelt of damp in many areas.
The staff was not friendly and didn't greet guests who came in, they seemed preoccupied with their phones.
The place didn't seem very secure as the front door wasn't locked and we didn't need the fob to get in. There were also many times when the front desk wasn't manned even early in the evening, which meant anyone could come in and out of the hotel.

Cleanliness, one tv could not work, no space around the sink to place toiletries, door of the toilet could not lock,floor felt dusty, water provided in the bottle tasted like tap water instead of filtered water, water in the bath tub could not drain properly and air not well ventilated in the bathroom. Door stopper was flattened and could hardly do its duty. Aircon could not function in one of the rooms. Battery cover of the fan remote control was loose and there looked like attempts to tape it together but it failed as we could not use it to control the fan speed.

Great Beds, Great Bathrooms. Rooms overall worth the price and the location was great just a 5 minute walk to the food streets and Armenian street
The facilities listed are incorrect, no sauna no pool no garden no inner courtyard it’s just a regular hotel block of rooms

Había arañas y muchos mosquitos. Elegimos habitación con terraza que no pudimos usar debido a los insectos y los desperfectos del mobiliario.

Schone kamer, perfecte locatie, ruim bed en leuk om eigen terrasje te hebben. Ook water en koffie-theefaciliteiten goed beschikbaar.
Douche was in een bad zonder douchegordijn, waardoor je maar heel kort kon douchen zonder dat alles overliep.
Ook was een kledingkast handig geweest.

The deluxe room was excellent, and we had two bedrooms, one downstairs and up. They were large beds and the bedding was cozy! The beds are a little hard but nice.
The shower didn’t have a lot pressure but did the job.
