Rude person incharge, no car parking, no card payment option, average room
Pros:

Though room was not matching with the pics, at least bit comfortable to sleep

Cons:

Car parking is not available, need to park on road.
Card payment is not accepted.
VERY VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF THE PROPERTY MANAGER, the lady incharge way of speaking was like we demand her for free of cost.

Denying pre-booked accommodation and ill maitained properties will be against the reputation.
Pros:

I did not like the behaviour of the Manager and at the ill-maintained property.

Cons:

Indifferent Property manager who denied accommodation and who misbehaved the customer by saying "OVER BOOKED" caused agony and mental disturbances when customer reported for check-in on February 1,2025 at 12 noon.
The properties under OYO are ill-maintained,dirty ,unhygienic and not fit for listing in any hospitality website.

Walkable distance to the place where I had work...restaurants, supermarket,Food court all within Walkable distance

Cons:

Felt it was slightly overpriced. The phone number was provided by booking. Com didn't work

Pros:

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very big. AC is very effective and the staff is too good. Shivam and Karan are the backbone of the hotel. They have tried all the ways to make guests happy.

Cons:

They have asked to vacate the hotel on the last day of stay as they got a booking of marriage function. They need to take care of existing customers however they have asked to vacate and find another room for a day.

Pros:

Location was okay but the hotel lacked basic amenities. Not so good attenders.

Cons:

Worst room experience. Very small. Not for families. Paint worn out everywhere. No basic facilities like towel, water bottles or soap.

Cons:

Could Not check in as there was no one at the reception. The guest was stranded with no room at 11 pm.

Booking needs to stop listing oyo rooms. They have bad rooms with extremely awful service.
