Das Hotel ist nach meiner Meinung „etwas in die Jahre gekommen“ und bedarf eigentlich eines Updates !
Nicht gefallen hat mir das „Gängesystem“ des Hotels - da hat man teilweise das Gefühl in einem Bunker zu sein - und die Verschachtelung des Hotels in dem Gebäudekomplex.
Aufgrund des o.g. Sachverhalts sind die Zimmerpreise, die zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthalts aufgerufen wurden, eigentlich zu hoch.

Good location and value for money considering we were a party of 5 with 3 rooms.
Pros:

Location was perfect, city centre with everything close by

Cons:

Our initial room was not cleaned properly and looked tired. However we were moved to a better room. Breakfast was fine apart from being told the wrong times by reception on the first day.

Great location, good value for money (considering how expensive hotels are in Utrecht!!)
Pros:

The location was exceptional, right in the centre, very close to the canal, many cafes and restaurants, as well as the train station. The rooms were clean but the room for three was a bit small and cramped, with very little room to move around.. There was a small balcony looking out into a courtyard, with a view of the top of the cathedral! We didn't take breakfast.

Cons:

The room for three could have been a bit bigger.

Het was 1 nacht, vlakbij waarvoor ik kwam. Het voldeed aan die functionaliteit, meer niet.
Pros:

De locatie, dicht in het centrum en een mooi uitzicht. Het balkon met zitje was erg prettig.

Cons:

Zeer gedateerd (een decor uit de jaren '90) en veel slijtage op meubels en stoffering. Zelfs met minimale dingen kun je de kamers updaten. Voor een dure kamer vind ik in een badkuip douchen, niet kunnen. Ik gleed ook bijna uit. Erg krap ook. De ontbijtzaal is ook gedateerd en armoedig. Het aanbod is niet van topkwaliteit. Mijn vader die met me mee reisde, heeft een rollator, dat gaf problemen al bij binnenkomst door de trap naar de receptie en een lift waar nauwelijks 2 mensen in passen, laat staan een rollator. En dan ook trappen in de ontbijtzaal. Wie verzint dat? Ga een paar maanden dicht en renoveer de boel zou ik zeggen!

Hotel sale ainsi que la chambre. Rognures d ongles et bonbons du client précédent sous les lits. Poussière non effectué. Salle de bains vieille. Impossible d y accéder en voiture et donc on doit porter ses valises. Parking très cher et chambre d hôtel ne correspond au prix. Déception totale . A fuir

Oude bende, gehorig, werden wakker door Housekeeping die aan het gooien waren met spullen (zo leek het althans) en het stofzuigen. Mengkraan in de douche, lastig om juiste temperatuur te krijgen.

Firstly, all furnitures are old, and our room was near the elevator column due to this reason it was noisy. There is only one elevator in the hotel, it is really busy during rush hour. The floor was covered with carpeting in my room, ıf you are allergic, it can be tough for you.

Tolles Hotel und Super Lage
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in super zentraler Lage! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das grosse Vierbettzimmer war perfekt für uns als Familie. Frühstück war frisch und richtig lecker, und das Personal durchgehend freundlich. Auch die vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung sind ein Plus. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen – absolute Empfehlung!

It was good located but not for sleeping
Pros:

The location was very good and near to center.

Cons:

The windows were not soundproof, and the hotel is located near a street. People were very loud after midnight, and I couldn’t sleep. Also, in the morning, the housekeepers started cleaning rooms early (around 7 or 8 a.m.) and made a lot of noise.
