Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum Utrechtu i blisko przystanków autobusowych, miły i pomocny personel, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny

Cons:

Hotel jest już stary i pomimo, że był remontowany przydałoby się odświeżenie pokoi, brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, za duże i niewygodne poduszki

The location was the only highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel is very old and in need of significant maintenance. The receptionist who checked us in was quite rude. She handed me a room key without any explanation, and I later discovered that it was not the room I had originally booked. When I asked about it, she explained that the elevator was out of service, so she had "upgraded" us to a room with bunk beds instead of the single beds we had reserved.
Considering we had just completed a long journey and paid a considerable amount for our stay, this was not an acceptable solution. When I asked if there was an alternative, her response was, "I don't have magic to solve it, and it was unpredictable that the elevator is not working," which I found unprofessional and lacking empathy.
The hotel also has no air conditioning, making the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. I asked to see the room we had originally booked before deciding whether to move, and it was very basic and also had no air conditioning. I then requested a full refund so that we could stay at another hotel, but I was told that no refund was possible. In my opinion, since the issue resulted from the hotel's circumstances and the room provided did not match my reservation, the hotel should have offered a full refund rather than leaving us with no choice but to stay under their conditions.
In addition, the room door did not open properly when we first arrived, and we had to report the issue. This suggested that the room had not been properly inspected or prepared before check-in. The maintenance team fixed the problem promptly, and I appreciate their quick response.
On a positive note, the rest of the staff were polite, friendly, and help

Goed hotel op een geweldige locatie, nette kamer en het bed slaapt prima
Pros:

De locatie is super als je met de trein reist, De stilte/ rust s verrassend omdat het hotel toch op een centrale plek staat en je veel meer geluidsoverlast zou verwachten.

Het beperkte licht boven de spiegel in de badkamer en het ontbreken van een scheerspiegel/ vergrootspiegel

Pros:

Posizione centrale, comoda per andare a cena sui canali. Dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal Jaarbeurs center attraversando il centro commerciale Hoog Catherine.

Cons:

Mancava il frigo in camera, sarebbe stato utile avendo richiesto il welcome pack con 6 birre. Almeno ce le hanno tenute in fresco alla reception.
