De locatie was perfect

Cons:

Ik vind eerlijk gezegd dat dit hotel geen 4 sterren verdient. Alles oogt verouderd en het geheel is echt toe aan een grondige renovatie. De kamers, faciliteiten en algemene uitstraling voelen niet meer van deze tijd. Voor de prijs en de verwachting die bij een 4-sterrenhotel hoort, valt dit erg tegen.

Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren en una calle ruidosa de dia pero ok por la noche. La habitación amplia y la cama cómoda.

Cons:

No hay q esperar un hotel bonito, le hace falta una renovación pero para lo básico, dormir y desayunar, está ok.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early which was a life saviour on that particular day. The location is super central and easy to reach.

Cons:

The house is old and you can hear all the other room doors opening and closing, so it can get a bit loud. The one night stay was quite expensive.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrio nach Utrecht in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service, großes Zimmer sogar mit Balkon

Cons:

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis verglichen mit Deutschland hoch, für die Niederlande allerdings okay

Pros:

Great location, loved the balcony. The little treats at reception each day were a nice touch as well as the sweets on departure. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

It could do with being a bit cleaner- stains on the carpet and tiles.
The WiFi on the 5th floor wasn’t great but it worked well on the 2nd floor lounge

Lovely hotel with great location
Pros:

Great location close to train and buses
Friendly staff, free cappucino and the little sweets and pastries at reception each morning

Cons:

Staff didn't clean our room every day - I saw later that you had to request them to clean it
But I really expected that they would clean it every day
