On arrival we were warmly greeted by a child who didn't have the skills to check the booking and allocate a key. We waited 10-15 minutes for the receptionist to return. Not a huge problem.

The smell of the rooms, you can smell the epoxy, yes they're renovated, we had to sleep with windows open during the night. The beds are too hard, and the single bed was broken so sleeping sideways wasn't my plan but I guess it's what you pay for. Besides those things, if you want a budget then this joint is okay.

The unit was fithy the floors looked liked they hadnt been cleaned for months same with the bathroom
The shower tiles had Shit all over them the walls were grubby outside had matress outside of units on the ground everywhere it was like Ghetto i felt very unsafe They really need to clean their act up i wont ever stay here again But atleast the sheets were clean otherwise i was ready to vacate and ask for a refund not good at all

No sink plug, no tea towels, no dish wash cloth, no dishwasher detergent, no hand towel in bathroom.
(No breakfast or dine in, no toothpaste/toothbrush, no comfy slippers, no iron, no additional dry cleaning or laundry service as booking.com stated was available).
All surfaces & cupboard doors/windows/ledges needed a good wipe down.
Kitchen Sink had a leaking tap with paper taped around it. 3 person room with only 1 breakfast bowl, 1 lunch plate, 3 dinner plates, 1 drinking glass but 4 champagne glasses, only bath 2 towels, only 2 stools to sit on but 3 outside chairs.
No information or pamphlets provided in room for surrounding attractions or what there was to do in the area. Didn’t see anything in the reception either, & I think the reception was not open till 10am, no notice on the door when it was open or closed. Reception dark & dingy, needs to be more inviting.
One morning waited till 10am for reception to open as had no power in the room to make breakfast or coffee.
No room service offered or asked if needed during 10 night stay, no bed linen change offered during 10 night stay.
Renovation going on in some rooms so was advised noice could go into the night? There was noice up till 8pm a few nights, bit annoying.
Overall the whole property needed a tidy up & cleaning inside & out, staff were just matter of fact rather than engaging. Seems overpriced for what you get, I would not return to stay, disappointed with this motel. I advised receptionist that the booking.com, Facebook & website all needed to be updated with the correct amenities to be the same for all sites as was very misleading. Sorry for this not so great feedback but seems I’m not the only one. Hope things improve there as it is a good location.

The property was run down, smelt like mould and dog, it looked like emergency accommodation for homeless people. The stairs to the room were dark, the front door looked like the bottom had been eaten by rats. We came from out of area and trusted bookings.com, this accommodation should not be listed on any site.

I checked in got the key and went to the room, when I walked in I noticed the door and the run down dirty room, I immediately left and found alternate accommodation, when I tried to find staff to explain I was cancelling the stay there was no one to be found at reception which in itself was dark, dirty and also smelt like mould. The overall site and accommodation are run down and not worth the price, I lost the money I paid for 2 nights stay. This should not be advertised on bookings.com

I thought the bed was a little bit hard and I was surprised that there was no blanket

we wouldn't shower in the cubicle..went hone smelly ..
A few too many dead cockroaches around !!

I feel horrible leaving a bad review. However, I need to be honest. I initially drove past the driveway, not realising that was the driveway as there was an old basin on the curb and a big bin just inside the gate. Driving further in, the pool area looked nice, but there were old beds and mattresses and basins outside rooms and on the grassed area. The reception area looked like it was a work in progress, so I asked if they were doing renovations and told they were; ok, fair enough. The room was ok, the main bed smelt a bit mouldy, so I took the pillow case off to check the pillow. It was stained but no mould. I checked the sheets, they were ok. There was some mould in the bathroom. The PVC plastic that was the window was not secured at one side. Unfortunately, as I was getting ready to sleep after getting my kids to sleep, I saw a little bug on the bed. I flicked it off thinking it was a cockroach. Laid my head down again and another 3 bugs came up. To my disgust they were bed bugs. I walked to reception and called the after hours number, told them I found bed bugs and couldn't stay there. They just said sorry about that. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed the next day. I was unable to find alternative accommodation in the area for under $900 so had to make the trek to Sydney to stay at my sisters. I was absolutely exhausted after driving 5 hours to get to the Central Coast in the morning. The next day I followed up on the refund, received no response until I got in contact with booking.com customer service. Refund has been received now. I would not recommend staying here until they have had a very good reno and clean done.
