Pros:

Close to a beach and the shops. Guy at reception was nice.

Cons:

I feel horrible leaving a bad review. However, I need to be honest. I initially drove past the driveway, not realising that was the driveway as there was an old basin on the curb and a big bin just inside the gate. Driving further in, the pool area looked nice, but there were old beds and mattresses and basins outside rooms and on the grassed area. The reception area looked like it was a work in progress, so I asked if they were doing renovations and told they were; ok, fair enough. The room was ok, the main bed smelt a bit mouldy, so I took the pillow case off to check the pillow. It was stained but no mould. I checked the sheets, they were ok. There was some mould in the bathroom. The PVC plastic that was the window was not secured at one side. Unfortunately, as I was getting ready to sleep after getting my kids to sleep, I saw a little bug on the bed. I flicked it off thinking it was a cockroach. Laid my head down again and another 3 bugs came up. To my disgust they were bed bugs. I walked to reception and called the after hours number, told them I found bed bugs and couldn't stay there. They just said sorry about that. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed the next day. I was unable to find alternative accommodation in the area for under $900 so had to make the trek to Sydney to stay at my sisters. I was absolutely exhausted after driving 5 hours to get to the Central Coast in the morning. The next day I followed up on the refund, received no response until I got in contact with booking.com customer service. Refund has been received now. I would not recommend staying here until they have had a very good reno and clean done.

Liked nothing. It was a dump. Dirty bed.stained sheets, Only one plate one bowl for 2 people. Bathroom dirty, missing tiles. Tap was loose.

Friendly, good bed and facilities. Secure doors made it feel very safe. They were the highlight

Cons:

Mix match of clean and dirty. Car parking was unclear. I nearly got parked in. Had to do a 20 point turn to get out

Good value , Very convenient location.
Pros:

New kitchen. Good swimming pool. Good size room.

Cons:

No balcony security . Balcony door had gaps and unable to lock. Dirty common areas.Lack of maintenance.Evidence of black mould above shower & shower .

There isn't even dish soap or clothes to wipe down bench or used utensil
When I asked for cloth he gave me disposable pillow protector. What absolutely joke .

Locates ok for our purpose

Cons:

No screen door onto veranda.
Bed was very hard. Needs a pillow topper cover to soften & make more comfortable.
Room was ok & you could see small attempts at modernizing an older establishment.
