Pros:

The pool was clean

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. The grounds are overgrown and neglected. There was no share kitchen space as advertised. There was no daily housekeeping as advertised. The smoke alarm was covered in plastic to render it unfunctional. Everything needs a good clean.

Very average.
Pros:

Easy parking, good location, follow up phone call to confirm.

Cons:

3 star quality for us. Friendly staff but very little coffee, tea and had to ask for towels etc. Weird lighting.

Nice basic motel, good value, close to almost anything you could want.
Pros:

The location was good, central to most things, like shops, beach, lake, main road. I can only vouch for room 12, an upstairs room, which was spacious and well laid out and had a nifty little balcony with table and chairs.

Cons:

Nothing really. Although being in the upstairs rooms it has its usual problems like stairs and distance from the car park, etc, but nothing dramatic.

The floor was dirty. The decor is Asian kitch.

Pros:

This property is close to where I needed to go to.

Cons:

This property needs a thorough clean. The cutlery and plates were dirty, there were cigarette butts on the balcony, the pillow cases were filthy. A small table and chairs would be great to eat at.
