Very comfortable accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
Pros:

Overall a great place to stay. Very well presented and great staff.

Cons:

We drove there and trying to find the hotel via GPS was a bit stressful. Once we got acquainted with the venue it seemed much better. Just hard the first time.

Excelente, exceto a temperatura do quarto
Pros:

Localização (no centro histórico, em rua tranquila, acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos), café da manhã (boa variedade e qualidade, incluindo barras de chocolate belga e espumante), e acesso às instalações do hotel Duke's Palace, incluindo belo jardim.

Cons:

A climatização do quarto. Há um sistema de aquecimento que não é possível desligar e torna o quarto muito desconfortável. Para equilibrar, há um ar condicionado (frio) que é possível ligar, mas fica-se com ar quente e frio simultaneamente, trazendo um desconforto incompatível com o padrão do hotel. Além disso, a vedação da porta do box é ruim e molha um pouco o banheiro.

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and enough towels and toiletries! It was close to a small supermarket as well as to many restaurants!

Cons:

We had a little difficulty trying to increase the temperature in the room.

Schönes Haus, schöne Bar, gute Cocktails, Zimmer schön, Personal freundlich, Parkgarage auf der Hinterseite des Hotels. Allerdings kein Lift von der Garage ins Hotel.

Grand stay in a grand hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very grand and incredible location. Underground car park is very good (but not cheap) and someone came to meet us to help with bags and guide us to reception. Staff unbelievably polite, friendly and helpful and let me use the reception desk phone free of charge to call UK. Didn't eat in the restaurant but the cocktails from the bar were great (try The Duke!).

Car park is quite expensive.
