Pros:

Appartamento pulito, nuovo, silenzioso e con chek in veloce e semplice. Vicinissimo alla metropolitana. Possibilità di parcheggio gratis praticamente davanti all'appartamento sulle strisce bianche. Ottimo per il ns soggiorno di 2 giorni nella città di monaco.

AVOID! COCKROACHES!
Pros:

Good location. Easy to find a parking spot in front of the hotel and also metro station within a short walk.

Cons:

No cleaning (not even trash collection) within 6 nights stay. Extremely weak and slow stovetop. Bathroom door slides off the rails each time. Just 1 roll of toilet paper supplied. Extendable couch is crooked and uncomfortable for sleeping. Everything mentioned already is easily bearable minor discomfort, but there are COCKROACHES. Managed to bring some of them home with luggage as well. Disgusting!

Good location, cheap, clean but with some major downsides
Pros:

Very good location between two U bahn stations, cheap accommodation, clean and fast responses through messaging.

Cons:

Really bad broken sofa bed that was definitely a known problem for the staff since the broken piece was hanging outside of the sofa. As a result the bed has a huge curve in the middle. Also the small dining table was really sticky no matter how much we tried to clean it. No ventilations, the corridor was smelling either bad or food being cooked.

Wunderschöne, blitzsaubere, moderne Suite. Genaue Wegbeschreibung, sehr einfacher Zugang. Sehr ruhig. U- Bahnhof Helene- Giehse - Allee 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie sehr gute Restaurants.
Alle Fragen und Anliegen werden per Mail auf der Stelle beantwortet!!W.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein kleines Schälmesser. Wichtig um Apfelschnitzel für den Tagesproviant zu schneiden. Blöd, mit den großen Fleischmessern zu hantieren

I’d recommend it if you only need a place to sleep.

Very kind staff. Good quiet location.

Cons:

It was pretty dirty. Most of the dishes were dirty, there were long black hairs in the bed, and the walls were covered in some kind of grime. Also TV didn’t work.

Pros:

Het was echt super schoon, goed van afmeting voor een trip van een aantal dagen, goed ingericht, goede bedden, op loopafstand van een prima winkelcentrum en een metrolijn die je in minder dan 25 minuten naar het hart van het centrum brengt.
