It is a short ride away from many places of interests.

It may have been an upgraded room, but it was very spacious and allowed me to spend several days in comfort. The restaurant meals, breakfast, and coffee were all delicious, and among the many hotels I have stayed at, few have offered this level of comfort at such a reasonable price.
If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that sounds from the hallway carried into the room. I could hear the service bell, conversations, and footsteps outside. That said, the walls between rooms seemed thick enough, as I never heard any noise from next door.
Since I spent quite a bit of time working in the room, I also noticed that the chair in the room sagged in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sit on for long periods and caused some back pain. I think the chair could use an upgrade.
LuxCity is a great property. I was upgraded to the Deluxe Classic and the room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Staff here really go above and beyond — check-in was smooth, they’re warm and professional, and you feel well taken care of.
The little things stand out: fast Wi-Fi, a shower with real water pressure, comfortable bed with good linens, and a big balcony. The restaurant is excellent — the pho was top notch, and breakfast was generous and tasty.
The only trade-off: the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s far from BKK1, which is where the cool cafés and nightlife are. Outside the hotel there’s not much going on
If you want comfort, great service, and strong Wi-Fi, LuxCity delivers. If you want to step outside into cafés and nightlife, look at BKK1 instead.

Everytime i com to Phnom penh, I stay here. This is the best hot in Phnom penh. Their rooms are humongous. Their services are the nest. The staffs are so professional. Polite, and pleasant .
Large clean and modern room. Great breakfast. Well maintained rooftop pool. Free laundry. Hotel is located by the military residential area with a side street entrance, so very safe and quiet. Staff were polite, responsive and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it's consistently excellent. Above all, the staff are friendly and breakfast is wonderful. I really appreciated the special event the hotel arranged for my wife's birthday during our stay.
I hope the air conditioning could be a little cooler and the heat was too much in the room hallways. But overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend.
This was my second time staying at LuxCity. I came for work, and I really appreciate the roomier options, with separate living space, at affordable prices. It's a little further from downtown, but the property, amenities, and services are well worth it. I particularly appreciate the free laundry. They even let us shower and hang out in the comfy spa after we went sightseeing downtown between checkout and our evening flight. Would stay again.
Last minute changes on business, LuxCity would not refund early departure, highly recommend not using if possible changes on your next trip may change your LuxCity stays No Refund
