Gentilezza e tranquillità
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Inizialmente sembrava esserci qualche problema per la cena e colazione coi nostri cani, poi abbiamo avuto un posto nel Bistrot. Ottima la gentilezza del personale di sala e del personale addetto alla pulizia delle camere.

La camera in legno, pulita e la posizione dell’hotel.

Cons:

Nulla, unica cosa magari aggiungere frutta secca alla colazione, e magari darei in dotazione per spa un asciugamano o accappatoio.

Qualità del cibo: sia la cena che la colazione sono state di ottimo livello.
La spa è piccola ma molto buona.
Camera molto accogliente.

Cons:

I cuscini sono molto alti. Visto che ce ne sono due, sarebbe semplice metterne uno basso e uno alto, così da poter scegliere.

Sehr komfortables Zimmer in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hotel. Das Menü am Abend war sehr abwechslungsreich und hat gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Auf dem Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei. Bei Brot, Käse und Wurst wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung schön.

Siamo stati tutti soddisfatti dell'esperienza vissuta, dal personale gentilissimo ai servizi offerti come la sala gioco per bambini e il salottino per il dopo cena! Camera accoglienza e colazione/cena ottimi!

Sicuramente la gentilezza la professionalità e la simpatia delle signore del ristorante.

Cons:

I tempi di durata troppo corti nell' idromassaggio, solo 2 minuti e poi dovere respingere, snervante!

Discreto Hotel in centro a Moena, bella struttura ma servizi non all'altezza
Pros:

Camere moderne, appena restaurate e con una bella vista. Posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile. Buona pulizia e discreta varietà a colazione.

Cons:

Il parcheggio gratuito della struttura è nettamente sottodimesionato rispetto alle camere, per 2 notti sono stato costretto a parcheggiare nel parcheggio a pagamento di fronte. Nessun gesto dello Staff per compensare questo disagio. SPA non molto pulita, a pagamento sia gli accappatoi che gli asciugamani per la sauna. Buona carta del ristorante per la cena ma qualità delle preparazioni non in linea con il prezzo.
