The bad sound insulation of the windows of the room does nothing to keep the noise of the traffic passing by out.

La jeune hôtesse d'accueil du matin est adorable, la chambre est très spacieuse, large choix au petit-déjeuner, les repas proposes sont copieux, de bonbe qualité et à des prix tres corrects; un salon où l'on peut se préparer un très bon café, une terrasse aménagée de chaises et fables qui est bien agréable, un parking sécurisé à l'arrière de l'hôtel et l'environnement arboré du parc en face de l'hôtel est appréciable.
Il y a 10 marches pour accéder à l'accueil...une fois à ce niveau il y a un ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres; par contre 5 marches pour la salle de restaurant.🫤
La rue est très passante le matin et le soir alors prévoir bouchon d'oreille ou demander un chambre côté cour, par contre la vue sur le parc est chouette.

Wi-Fi was great, secure parking (not covered) available, room was spacious but nothing outstanding. Cleaning was good.
Breakfast was average, staff a bit slow, but overall it was good stay.
O quarto era bem espaçoso 3 confortável, escolhi fazer minhas refeições no hotel, o jantar era muito bom, a região fica de frente do parque, um pouco afastado do centro, recomendo para quem quer além de fazer compras, desfrutar da cidade, recomendo fortemente
Stayed for 1 night passing through from a visiting Iguazu falls to Asuncion.
I was very happy staying here for a night. The bed was so comfy, shower room was glorious.
We had room service for dinner and ordered the salmon and tilapia with salad. They were amazing.
Staff were helpful.
Hotel has a nice lounge area and a nice swimming pool.
The receptionist was super friendly and helpful (she even organized a taxi for us to take to different places around the city and was within the normal uber rate!).
Breakfast was really good and has a variety of foods.

Thomas, at the front desk was fantastic, he went out of his way to help me. Nice breakfast buffet with great views of the park across the street. If I ever get back to Ciudad Del Este, I will definitely stay here again.
