Great hotel in Kanazawa
Pros:

Great location, staff that really went out of their way to help us book activities, free coffee in nice lounge, laundry machines in the hotel, very nice public bath facilities. Very good hotell!!

Una casa realmente estupenda en una ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

Una casa de lujo con onsen y muy buena ubicación céntrica. El vestíbulo de entrada es muy atractivo, con una decoración acertada que logra un equilibrio perfecto entre modernidad y tradición japonesa. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, la cama super cómodo y el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es el problema del aparcamiento. El aparcamiento público no está lejos, pero los costes se acumulan para estancias más largas.

Very good and affordable choice in Kanazawa.
Pros:

A very convenient hotel to visit Kanazawa, very close to the loop bus line stop. The area is also full of interesting restaurants. We had a room with queen size bed, the thing was huge and very very comfortable. Wish I had something like that bed at home. Room was well cleaned. Mostly asian style breakfast, with a good variety of food. There's also a nice and relaxing onsen. We did not interact very much with the staff, but they were very kind when we did. I'd say price/quality of stay ratio was awesome.

Cons:

Some water stains on the toilet floor fabric, but it looks like a very difficult material to clean in depth properly. Nothing to worry about, just looks out of place.

大浴場　丁度空いている時間（夜8時頃）だったのかお風呂を一人締めでユッタリできました

De locatie was perfect. We hadden een familiekamer met onvoorstelbaar veel ruimte. Uitstekend ontbijt en hygienisch top.

Prima hotel op prima locatie.
Pros:

Locatie was goed. Kamers waren schoon en de lobby was gezellig.

Cons:

De kamers waren te licht in de ochtend. Een goed (rol)gordijn dat verduisterd zou fijn zijn geweest. Personeel sprak niet zo goed Engels en kon niet helpen met het huren van een auto bijvoorbeeld. Ze stuurden ons ergens naartoe waar men geen auto’s verhuurd als je geen Japans kon.

Not so great, it did not meet my expectations
Pros:

I like that they had a gym that is the reason we book this hotel, but it was only 1 bike, 1 treadmill and 1 bench, at least 2 bikes and 2 treadmills should be necessary we had to come back and check when it was available. Room was ok, and location could have been better.

Cons:

Service was not so great, they were not so nice, very small gym which was the only reason we booked this hotel, it was far from the train station and from the major attractions, and i did not meet my expectations, would not come back to this hotel.

Superb!! But...
Pros:

We loved the location, the facilities. Everything went superb and super easy.

Cons:

We had a problem with a dryer. Due to lack of English skill with the staff, we couldn't dry our clothes properly even after claiming our money back. They just put a letter on the dryer stating "out of order" and we just had to change the dryer spending 2 hours on the laundry. Luckily we were in our "resting day", but this was very energy consuming.
