There were no lights in the rooms (twin bed room), it was uncomfortable.
Loved the location, parking was readily available in the basement. Plenty of parking right next to the hotel as well. Beds were fine, had a good night's rest. Wifi was quick.
The water pressure was pretty bad, taking a shower was not pleasant to say the least.
Since I was staying with my parents we got interconnecting rooms, but it took hotel staff a whole day to find the key to open the door between the two rooms.
Basic amenities were missing, toothbrush/toothpaste, shaving amenities, hairdryer, iron. I think we could've gotten them on request though.
Lastly, the air conditioner didn't seem to work properly and kept cooling the room below the set temperature. Also the window in my room was broken and couldn't close fully.
Oh some rooms don't have full tables.
Bathroom fittings are poorly fixed..
Wash basin is terrible ..
Windows are dusty.

Personnel très serviable. WiFi très efficace, grande TV, petit frigo et bouilloire. Hôtel très propre. Option de restauration avec un buffet à prix très raisonnable. À proximité immédiate du métro Al Sadd, très pratique.
Pas de prise pour brancher ordinateur ou téléphone, obligé de débrancher une lampe de chevet. Petites baisses de pressions dans l'eau de la salle de bain mais rien de très grave. Une commode où l'on peut s'assoir pour travailler mais pas un bureau à proprement parler pour mettre les jambes dessous. Entrée de l'hôtel un peu cachée dans une petite rue, parfois trompeur pour les chauffeurs Uber.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were warm and accommodating, especially Ms. Grace and Ms Lisa who went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommended!

Very good staff hospitality, especially Mrs Liza and the top management. They give comfort staying.
