Very central,friendly staff and secure parking.
Pros:

The location is very central to the city.
The rooms are set back from the road hence no noticeable traffic noise
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The old world part of the main building ,reception,guests lounge and dining room are delightful.

Cons:

As we elected to have dinner and pre dinner drinks they were both served in a detached part of the building that serves as a bar and small dining area.The Dinner was ordered then the order was sent to the kitchen that is located down a number of stairs and across the courtyard .Subsequently it arrived by hand in individual covered plates.A very 'Faulty Towers' arrangement when one considers the very beautiful dining room that adjoins the kitchen on the old world part of the hotel??

Fantastic reception staff to greet you, the hotel is in an ideal location and great value for money.

Cons:

Housekeeping came early and on return only partially made up the room.
They took the bath mat and didn’t replace it?

This is the second stay and we were very disappointed
Pros:

Location is spot on, close to some great bars.

Cons:

The bath was dirty, the rubber bath mat was mouldy, the staff had no idea and the bar was shut on a Sunday
