Excellent service, dinner was fantastic and huge, great value for money and they were also kind eno.
Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the toilet roll is so far away from the actual toilet. It's a good arm's length away to reach it.

Beware there are stairs and no lift!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The booking hadn't informed me there was no lift but staff carried my luggage up the two flights of stairs. I wouldn't have booked had I known about the stairs.

Cons:

The booking was for a room with one bed and a bath. No mention of stairs or lack of a lift. The room I got was on the third floor with two beds and no bath. Staff informed me if I booked directly with them I could specify my needs. This felt like a lack of accountability. Regardless of how a guest books they should get what they booked. I'm not sure where the issue is but I suggest better communication between booking.com and the accommodation to ensure happy guests. I felt punished for booking through an app. I didn't get what I booked but at the end of the day, despite struggling with stairs and arthritic knees and no bath to soothe my pain, the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Worth the money, good location
Pros:

Close to town

Cons:

Very aged, needs updating, but it’s cheap, so get what you pay for. Smell coming from hotel kitchen exhaust wasn’t desirable.

Comfortable and short walk to town and St Vincent’s Calvary hospital.
Pros:

Basic comfortable room. Short walk to Calvary St Vincent’s. Free parking.

Cons:

Booked non smoking, but there was an ashtray outside the non smoking room door where people congregated to smoke. Would wake you up talking and smoke coming into the room.

Great location
Pros:

Great location with parking and easy access to shops, restaurants and galleries.

Cons:

Staff weren’t sure about the cost of electric charging: one seemed to think it was free for guests while another nominated a price that was well above current market rates, so we charged elsewhere.
