The Penthouse is a nice room. We will not be returning.
Pros:

The Penthouse is a nice room, quiet, and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff very blunt in reception. Asked for 2 bubbly glasses as none in the room. Nice young man delivered wine glasses 3/4 hour later. Not his fault that he did not know the difference in glasses - shows lack of training.

Pros:

Our Jet Star flight was cancelled so we had to find a hotel quickly . This hotel came up trumps and thankfully you had a very helpful staff member checking us in at 9:30 pm ( 4/02/26 )
She was very helpful

Cons:

Bathroom dated … but had a great huge monsoon shower head

Great room. Would stay again
Pros:

I liked the central location and that the room was clean and modern. We left a couple items behind and staff phoned me about it and mailed it interstate. Great work.

Cons:

No breakfast included.

Clean, comfortable, basic accomodation in a central location.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful reception staff; comfortable, clean and spacious room. Loved the character of the original section of the property even though we stayed in the more modern motel accomodation behind.

Cons:

We realise the difficulties of staffing a facility on a public holiday but it would have been nice if the dining room was open.
