Pros:

The hotel was close to the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. We had hot water. Our room even had a verandah, which was a bonus.

Heart of Launceston. Lovely quant accommodation.
Pros:

Ideal location, close to the Launceston CBD and football ground which I was up there for.
The staff were very welcoming & explained options. Thanks again I will be back again for another stay.

Cons:

Slightly dated & stairs to the room which may be difficult with elderly or younger families.
The sound echoed up the 3 floors. Though very minor aspects, otherwise very pleased.
