Pros:

We had a great stay at the Colonial! The room was nice and warm and well appointed, the location is super central and Lincoln the Labrador was an added bonus. Thanks for having us!!

OK but better options around the city

Cons:

Room desperately needs updating. Rising damp doesn’t help. We have stayed in Launceston quite a bit and there are plenty of places good or better location with better and more modern facilities for not much more money.
