寝て朝起きたときに、冷蔵庫が壊れている？ことに、物が全く冷えていないことで気付きました。冷蔵保存の買っておいた朝食が腐っているかも、と破棄したのでもったいなかったです。夜の段階で怪しいなとは思っていたのですが、特に電源の入れ方がどうとか張り紙ないし、コンセントささってるし、冷蔵強度調整でoffになっていないことを確認したし、、、
気づいた段階では言ったところで感があったし、急いでたし、面倒だったのでスタッフには結局伝えず。
チェックイン直前に壊れた可能性がゼロではないかもしれませんが、確率的にはその可能性の方がはるかに低く、機器確認漏れの可能性の方が高いので、ちゃんと管理すべきだな、と感じました。
なので、設備は不満です。チェックイン対応は、人が対応してくれましたが、記憶した定型文を無感情に言っている感がすごかったので、スタッフサービスも△。
部屋はまあ綺麗で、うるさくもないし、エアコンもちゃんと効くし、泊まる分には文句ないです。

Very dirty , with strong smoking odour inside the room. The staff refused to change another room due to late check in.
Also being charged for late check out for 30 mins. Overall Poor destination and hygiene.
