Pros:

It looks great, is clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Booked in at 5pm and only got a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was weird. Toilet paper so close to the shower (which was without a shower curtain) so that it gets wet. Also the movement measure or what it is looks like cameras. Would be helpful to warn before you stay in a room like that.

Sehr gute Lage in HH
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück hatte eine sehr tolle und große Auswahl. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Fitnessbereich.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Das Zimmer war für diesen Zweck doch ein bisschen klein. Für zwei Nächte kein großes Problem, hätte aber besser kommuniziert sein können. Bei Anreise (19 Uhr) waren im Zimmer noch keine Betten für die Kinder eingerichtet.

Gute Lage ins Zentrum, leider durch große Baustelle sehr hinderlich für den Fußgänger

Das Frühstück war gut, hatte ich nicht so umfangreich erwartet

Cons:

Die Minibar war leer, der Automat im Erdgeschoss extrem teuer, ein kleines Wasser 3.48 €!!

Pros:

Resepsiyon başta 1. Kat vermişti oda zemin kat gibiydi geri dönüp beğenmediğimizi söyledik ve hiç sorunsuz 6. Kata değiştiler, arka taraftan da olsa öncekinden iyiydi. Konumu tren garının kargaşasından uzak yürümeyle de bir okadar yakın. Merkeze yürümek için biraz uzak sayılabilir.

Cons:

Odada su dahi yoktu, iki gecesi kahvaltısız 308 euro olan bir marriot otelde odada bir şişe olsun su olması gerektiği düşüncesindeyim. Zor durumsa 315 euro olsun ama odada su olsun bu dünyada yaygın kabul görmüş durum. Bunun dışında genel olarak iyiydi. Malzeme kalitesi orta sınıf sunta , ancak yataklar rahattı.

A VIP like stay
Pros:

An absolutely fantastic experience from the moment we asked if we could leave our luggage aside until check-in. All the staff we encountered were genuinely helpful and friendly... even organising a surprise treat for my 3-year-old who celebrated her birthday there.
Buffet breakfast was delicious and really catered for all. You should really treat yourself to it even just once. I'm so glad that we did!

Cons:

Just the excess water leaking from the open shower but we were able to keep the bathroom somewhat dry using the towels provided. It just meant we needed new towels daily.
