Posizione molto comoda vicino alla metro (senza cambi per il centro, il porto e l' aeroporto), grande market proprio di fronte e negozi nelle vicinanze. Stazione centrale a pochi minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Camera trovata pulita all'arrivo. però la pulizia camera fatta ogni tre giorni senza preoccuparsi di verificare se c'erano delle dotazioni da rifornire o passare almeno l' aspirapolvere . Trovato un asciugamano sporco all' arrivo. Non è stata soddisfatta la nostra richiesta di un cuscino aggiuntivo.

Schöne Zimmer, lobbybereich

Cons:

Leider bewegen sich in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels und auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel etliche Drogenabhängige, sodass wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben

Hamburg war toll, aber wir kommen wieder wenn die Baustellen etwas weniger sind ...

Frühstück super - Zimmer neu und sauber!
Kein Probleme, wir waren nie lange im Zimmer ... es ging ja um die Stadt :)
Der Fußweg zu den Öffis war mühsam wegen den Baustellen, aber ich sehe das nicht als Kritikpunkt - hat nichts mit dem Service des Hotel zu tun.

Cons:

Der Weg vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof zu Fuß ins Hotel ist als Frau in den Abendstunden nicht erstrebenswert. Entweder Taxi nehmen oder zumindest die nächste Bushaltestelle anpeilen.
Das "zwielichtige" Publikum in den Abendstunden in den angrenzenden Straßenzügen hat mich doch etwas überrascht, obwohl ich auch in einer Großstadt wohne.
Aktuell gibt es fast keine Bereiche in der Stadt wo keine Baustellen sind. Noch schlimmer als Wien, und das will schon was heißen :)

Die freundliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft.

Das Personal am Abend an der Bar war super - weiter so.

Cons:

Zimmer werden regulär erst ab dem dritten Tag gereinigt. Das geht bei den Preisen gar nicht.

Leider keinen gedeckten Frühstückstisch zum Geburtstag meines Mannes bekommen 😢

Das Auge isst mit und das sollte beim Frühstück auch berücksichtigt werden.
