No room at checking in.

Cons:

Even we had booked our stay (6 nights) more than two months in advance, and the prior day we informed by Email to the hotel that we will have a late checking in due the late arrival of our plane,  the hotel did not have a room available and they brought us to a Holiday Inn hotel far away from the city center where we wanted to be. The next day the Courtyard tried to compensate the inconvenience giving an bigger room for our five more nights staying in the Courtyard.

Mehr erwartet für einen recht hohen Übernachtungspreis.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schöner kleiner Wellness-Bereich

Cons:

Das Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer nicht optimal gereinigt, eine leere Minibar, nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück eher durchschnittlich.

Sehr gut war das Essen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Leider fehlte der erwartete Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Stattdessen konnte der zentrale Kühlschrank an der Rezeption mitgenutzt werden.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Der Lobbybereich war sehr ansprechend, das Personal war freundlich. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr enttäuschend. Die Fenster waren mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebt, die Tür zum Bad hat geklemmt und nach dem Wechsel der Bettwäsche war diese durch Taschentuchrückstände verschmutzt.

Καλό, αλλά θα μπορούσε και καλύτερα !
Pros:

Το δωματιο μεγάλο & φωτεινό (χωρίς mini bar- για καλοκαίρι θα το ήθελα).
Το πρωινό ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ, πλούσιο και ο χώρος σε χαλάρωνε.

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα, λόγω της πολιτικής περιβάλλοντος, αραιή !!!

Wenn Hamburg , dann wieder dies Hotel!!
Pros:

Der Check in war super einfach und sehr freundlich. Angenehmes Ambiente. Was super toll und sehr zuvorkommend war ist das man sich an einer Wasser Bar mit kühlen Getränk erfrischen konnte. Kostenlos.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte vielleicht ein klein wenig besser gereinigt werden.Sonst alles top

Legközelebb is ide fogunk jönni
Pros:

Másodjára voltunk itt, mert korábban is tetszett a szálloda. Elérhetőség, szálloda, stb minden megfelelő, csak javasolni lehet.
Reggelit nem próbáltuk, mert a környéken számos helyen lehet reggelizni. A bejárat mellett elhelyezett jégkockás frissítók, gyümölccsel ízesített hideg vizes kancsók szenzációs kedvesség és gesztus!

Cons:

A törölközőt annak ellenére sem cserélték ki, hogy a recepción azt kértük és felírták a szobaszámot.

Service-freie Zone
Pros:

Gutes, üppiges Frühstück. Alles sauber und funktional angemessen ausgestattet.

Cons:

Als ich um 17.30 einchecken wollte, war das reservierte Zimmer noch nicht frei - wegen eines Late Checkouts. Der Rezeptionist argumentierte, dass der Kunde ja schließlich dafür bezahlt habe. Ich habe jedoch dafür bezahlt, regulär ab 15 Uhr einchecken zu können. Folglich eine schräge Argumentation von Seiten des Hotels, das dafür Sorge tragen muss, zum Zeitpunkt X ein entsprechendes Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Beim Frühstück ähnliches Spiel: Erstmal wurde der Verdacht ausgesprochen, ich hätte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Danach keine Richtigstellung geschweige denn Entschuldigung. Offensichtlich weiß in diesem Hotel die Linke nicht, was die Rechte macht. Auch beim Frühstück dann schlecht ausgebildetes Personal, das offenbar vor allem schnell fertig werden will.
Die Lage des Hotels ist - ich möchte mal sagen - etwas "speziell", zumal wenn man vom Hbf zu Fuß kommt.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist in einem recht kühlen Grau gehalten. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.
p.s.: Die Personal-Schelte bezieht sich nicht auf alle Angestellten. Einige waren absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend.
