Cons:

Update für größeres Zimmer von Genius erhalten, bekommen habe ich ein Behindertenzimmer, welches in die Kategorie größeres Zimmer gehört. Habe dann ein Standardzimmer genommen, da ging Badezimmertür nicht mehr zu und Kühlschrank war auch keiner mehr drin.
Naja kann man so machen, war ich bei Marriott nicht gewohnt.

We had a great stay in the Courtyard by Marriott Hamburg. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel location is walking distance from the train and bus stations. There is a grocery and foodcourt nearby. The room is cozy and clean. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Shout-out to Arestel (hope I got your name correctly).

I was surprised to find a dessert plate with a greeting card in our room after a long day of roaming around the city. That was sweet. The Courtyard Team made my birthday more memorable.

At the Heart of Hamburg
Pros:

The hotel is near public transportation and very close to the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). The staff was attentive, the room was spacious, and the wifi connection was fast. It is located within walking distance of some sightseeing spots and good restaurants.

Cons:

Overall, we are satisfied with our visit. Yet the housekeeping was not as expected; we had to ask the front desk to remind the housekeeping to clean our room. Considering we stayed six nights, it was not ideal. And room service was not available after 4 PM, which is a bit unusual for a hotel of this size.
