Pros:

Revisiting the Gold Coast has always been a dream of mine, and staying at a beachfront property was a must—so I was very happy with this choice.

Pros:
The apartment is at level 3 unit 11 - is spacious and comfortably fits four people and a big balcony. It appears recently refurbished, with clean finishes, updated flooring, and a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was smooth even after 5pm, with clear instructions and easy key collection, including access to a covered car park.

The reception ladies were warm, helpful, and made the stay more pleasant. I also enjoyed hearing the ocean waves from the balcony—it was music to my ears.

Cons:
Although beachfront, my unit was on a lower floor therefore it is with limited sea views. Towels were also provided to one per person—additional ones can be requested, but for a 5–6 night stay, it would be helpful to provide more upfront.

Toiletries were minimal; the shampoo and conditioner were only enough for about two washes for short hair like mine. There were also a couple of maintenance issues, including a non-working ceiling fan in the living area and one faulty light in the twin room. While the kitchen has good utensils, there are no condiments like salt and pepper.

These were all minor issues as we drove out to purchase the rest of necessary stuff.

Overall:
A wonderful wonderful stay and I would definitely rebooking this on my next visit.

Comfortable great location lovely staff
Pros:

The unit we stayed in we loved it ! Didn’t want to leave ! Was comfortable roomy had everything we needed great spot and view so close to everything great location easy to check in and good amenities we will be rebooking again for sure

Pros:

The location was superb and the staff friendly and welcoming. The size of the room was excellent.

There was considerable dust in our room and it was in need of a deep clean, inside cupboards, fan above the stove etc.

Great choice for Broadbeach location.
Pros:

The location was perfect with beachfront, cafe, bowls club and bottle shop close by. Walking distance to Ossis Shopping Centre. The unit was large and well furnished with fridge with ice and cold water. Pool area was great with extensive garden and heated pool.

Sadly - Have gone here for years but Probably go somewhere else next vacation-

Location and ease of access

Cons:

Shabby inside guys! Broken shower head- dining chairs springs and seats need replacement. No broom or dustpans. There are zero soft pillows so that’s a real disappointment- On an up note- the kitchen is very well appointed with excellent tools and utensils -
