Great beachfront views, looking forward to returning when nearby construction finishes
Pros:

We had a good stay at Oceana. We had room 47 on Level 10 so we enjoyed the view over the ocean. It is beachfront (only a small road in front). Well equipped and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Good wifi. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including knives which were reasonably sharp. Thank you to Jo at reception for the relaxed welcome. The building appears well constructed and we did not hear any sounds from the neighbours during our stay.

Cons:

Note that there is construction further down the street. It starts at 6:30 in the morning. On our first day it stopped at 2:30pm, on our second day at 4pm. We had seen this construction on Google Maps before we booked but we hoped that the noise would be blocked by the building in-between; this was not the case. It seems much of the Gold Coast is currently under construction, however.
We were in Coral tower, which is further away from this construction.
Also note that scaffolding was being installed on the upper levels of the other tower, so there may be works starting at Oceana.
The reception closes at 1pm on Sundays, which is before standard check-in time. In the end, we had no problem as Oceana was able to get our room ready before 1pm and we were able to arrive early. There is a non-reception-hours check-in procedure but it would have been good to have this information before /upon booking.
We suggest that tissues could be supplied, plus salt and pepper and more hand dishwashing detergent. Also, some additional towels would make a more comfortable stay.
Note that towels are not supplied for the pool or the beach - they can be purchased from reception.
There was a smoker on a level below so we were not able to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted.

A wonderful , relaxing and beautiful resort perfect to do as little .. or as much as you like !
Pros:

The Reception Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartments are a generous size with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The Pool area is fabulous and the Gardens are beautifully maintained. The Gym is well equipped and clean and the Sauna is an added bonus. The Location is awesome close to the beach and Restaurants and Cafes within walking distance.

Disappointed, rooms urgently need to be treated for basic hygiene standards.
Pros:

Location and proximity to beach.
Pool facilities and room size is generous.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned well, food crumbs all over the couches. Intense mouldy smell from bathrooms and hallways.
Beds felt like they needed to be changes over 10 years ago.

Amazing views and room .
Pros:

Wow the water views were amazing. My apartment was located on level 8. My kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal. Bathrooms were beautiful, beds comfortable and staff Christina and especially Jo were kind, helpful, friendly and attentive to my requests. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant. Amazing pool and BBQ area too. Definitely rebooking next year.

We’ll be back!
Pros:

Very comfortable unit, excellent position and grounds and pool very well kept. Across the road from the Bowling Club, beautiful cafe, BWS, fish and chip shop and a stones throw from a small general store. Beautiful balcony, pool the perfect temperature, across the road form the beach, perfect spot for a relaxing holiday

Great few days and definitely returning.
Pros:

Big and roomy. Great for a group of people

Cons:

Air conditioning on arrival was not working - got fixed.
Floor in room not swept. Sand or dirt on feet walking through.
Other than that it was a great apartment and would definitely come back again.
