Staff behavior was too bad , i like to complain to cancel licensed for this hotel , staff like too rudely behavior no cleanness no t.v. no wifi. This is worst experience of my life . They have no experience how to manage customer's and how to treat people's.
Unprofessional service
Dear Sir,
I booked the below mentioned hotel Room for my spouse and sister.
And requested early check-in , in call Oyo they told ok we will do early check in.
But after reaching they refused and told to pay extra 300 rupees for early check in.
Then breakfast was included in the booking.
But they refused to give breakfast and told not included in the booking.
So we did not do check in and shifted to other hotel.
The behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude to my spouse
I will file case in consumer court regarding the same
Nothing.........very bad service.......will never recommend anyone to stay there. Worst experience ever. Loss of money.
Very bad service......... quality of foods are worst. Staff service was pathetic...........room was not clean.......may cockroach are there in room and toilet as well. Very bad experience.

There were cockroaches in my room. That says a lot about the room.
I had already made the payment of 587rs only but the hotel took another 520rs from me saying that we don't give room for less than 1100rs.
