Great location, extremely clean and very welcoming
Pros:

Had everything onsite, but also close to walk places.

Cons:

There was no water in the fridge ! . a necessity when you would like a glass of cold drinking water during the night.
Also... a small pkt of complimentary biscuits to go with the tea and coffee would have been nice .. would have made us feel more welcome. ..

Chose the hotel for location to hospital. Very pleasant surprise to find the hotel above par with an excellent restauran

Bathroom too small-even for one person. Insufficient bench top space and drawers in bathroom.

We enjoyed our night at Grand Chancellor, it was a short drive to the city for dinner.
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, we loved the quality of the sheets and the care taken with the bed-making. Thank you.

Perfect for a short stay, quiet, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, with a beautiful view.

Cons:

Not that the hotel could do anything about it, but the hill to get to downtown was quite steep and difficult to traverse up and down regularly.
