Pros:

I loved the view and the location.The pool and sauna thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

I find the hole check in system illogical for today's world.
I book via Booking .com 😀
You have all my information including my credit card details.
I arrive at the desk tired and I have to go through the entire process again.
As pleasant as your staff are it is tiresome and unnecessary.

Loved the location of the hotel and the harbor view.
Pros:

The view of the harbour was excellent. The corner suite provided view of ANZAC day march as well.

Cons:

The shower would be improved 100% if it were a hand held shower.

Fabulous!
Pros:

The hotel was beautifully appointed and very clean. The Atrium was a very relaxing space to chill out and have a drink. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect, right near the water, views were spectacular! The indoor pool was also very nice for a relaxing swim. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the room was not as good as some upmarket hotels I've stayed in.

The location is fabulous, the staff were polite and helpful. The interior is modern and clean inside. Overall, great service and a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Due to the one way streets, it seemed a long drive to get back to the carpark at the rear of the building. Although we could have misinterpreted the directions.

Cons:

Bei dem Preisniveau des Hotels sollte auch ein Espresso-Kaffee beim gebuchten Frühstück enthalten sein.
