Great choice for centrally located Hobart hotel
Pros:

Great location in Hobart, just across from the wharfs. We had a wonderful view of the harbor from our room on the 18th floor. Definitely worth the extra $ we paid for this.

Cons:

I am not a fan of overhead “rain” showers. Bed could have been firmer for us.

Pros:

The room was fantastic- large and on 2nd from top floor so great harbour view and lights at night.
Reception staff super friendly and helpful.
Easy walking distance to sights and shopping.

Cons:

We took the breakfast option but it wasn't good value and the hot food options weren't tasty or cooked well.

Pros:

most of staff were exceptional. We love outlook from river view rooms. We like location. We very much like the cafe, great staff, excellent casual food choice.
The room is pleasant but to us is a bit bland, prefer a more modern vibrant look

Cons:

Felt this weekend stay was a lttle overpriced, and not very good value for money. Weekday stays better vfm. Sorely miss coffee maker which is provided in most Hobart hotels of similiar room rate, and note that booking.com platform has apparantly been misinformed of facilities. This was brought to attention of GC over 12 mths ago but platform still appears misinformed.
