I had a short stay in Hobart and this was a fantastic location for a quick visit.
Pros:

Brilliant location and views. The heated pool and sauna as well as the breakfast were all fantastic.

Spacious rooms by the harbour but can be noisy
Pros:

Nice location by the harbour. Rooms were very big and comfortable

Cons:

Road noise was very disturbing- old windows had little sound insulation.
Parking costs are very high. There is feee parking from 6pm to 8:30am on surrounding streets so use that instead.
