A wonderful place to stay in Hobart where you will be welcomed and be very comfortable.
Pros:

The location right on the harbour affords very special views. I also liked that it was an easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and all the bus pick ups. The rooms are spacious, with excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds. I really appreciated the filtered water unit in the hallway, very thoughtful.

I cannot think of anything.

Dissappointing this time, normally a good hotel in a great location, smoking in rooms not good

we have stayed here at various times and been happy with the location and comfort of the rooms

Cons:

Our room had obviously had a smoker in it and it stank. made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. we only stayed one night otherwise i would have requested a different room
