It's a great hotel, lovely location
Pros:

Great view over Constitution Dock, easy access to the city

Cons:

The previous occupant set the alarm to go off at 1am. Apparently it's a "thing" to do. Have advised the hotel, housekeeping need to check all the clocks after someone has vacated the room

Pros:

Frühstück , Zimmer mit Hafenblick in 18. Etage , besonders nette Person am Stand, an dem Eierspeisen in sehr guter Qualität gemacht wurden( Asiatin)

Cons:

Dinner, eher geschmacklos, auf Fischgericht alte ausgepresste Limetten , bei Reklamation lacht sich die Bedienung halb tot. Es wird uns gesagt, das könnte nicht sein, es würde alles kontrolliert. Haben wir die Limetten selbst so zerfleischt ? Bei unserer nachbuchung am Ende der Reise baten wir um ein Zimmer mit handdusche statt Regenwasser Dusche . Wir hatten dann nach downgrade ein Zimmer mit Duschkabine statt Badewanne direkt im 10 Stich über den Abzügen der Küche mit schlechtem Ausblick . Allerdings bekamen wir dann 2x Frühstück gratis👍

Pros:

We stayed in a long suite with an extra bed as I travel withy girls and done like paying for an interconnected room, they are also young and this would be a safety issue for me,
I liked how clean everything was from the room to the pool and restaurant, it is always a pleasure to stay at the grand

Cons:

The hot breakfast was awful, the scrambled eggs were runny & not cooked properly,which was sickening, the bacon was burnt and over done, as was all the hot food nothing was fresh 🤢

The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The wifi did not work- which is problematic. I tried on three different occasions and the front desk was too busy so I just hot spotted from my phone. Unsatisfactory.

Fabulous location for what we needed and beautiful location with great views. Would definitely stay again

Great location across from the harbour, restaurants within walking distance. View from our room was stunning. Perfect place to begin our Tasmanian adventure

It was in a perfect location by the docks and an easy walk to the Salamanca Market, catch the Mona ferry and walk into the city centre. We had a harbour view room on 19th floor and the view was superb..The buffet breakfast was pretty standard fare but we'll maintained and food fresh.

Cons:

The loud fridge and aircon system. Seems to be an ongoing issue in many places we stay. We also had the shower in the spa bath. Not what we expected and a bit awkward to get in anc out. However the water was hot..The sound proofing between rooms could be improved. We also had an interconnecting door to next room (locked) but not what we expected and could hear from time to time people talking next door.

Relaxing and hassle-free.
Pros:

My favourite in this hotel is their in-house parking with direct entrance to lobby. Location is 10min walk away from Target Elizabeth St. Big windows and spacious room for our superior king city side room. All clean and free dark chocolates and biscuits for morning coffee.💛 Love the pier view too. 🌅

Cons:

Pool is bit smaller compared to other hotels, hope when they said heated pool, it is really heated like warm temperature not tap water temperature. Otherwise, not a big deal.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and straightforward

Cons:

For the price, the rooms are a bit sparse and outdated (even though we booked the upgraded room), the gym is adequate but feels like an afterthought, and breakfast was very basic.
