Dirty, everything broken, unwashed sheets and towels. Airco not functioning, reception not indicated and unmanned. Simply awful. We left for another hotel.

La réception et les chambres n’ont ABSOLUMENT rien à voir avec les photos
Les draps sont sales
Les murs sont sales
On ne vous parle même pas de la salle de bain… (pas de pq, pas de gel douche)
Les serviettes sont sales, pleines de cheveux
Le staff s’en fou que vous dormiez ou pas, ils font un bruit pas possible à 7h du matin

Location is in a dangerous area, in the nighttime is almost impossible to go outside without dangerous people coming to you. Room was horrible, also dirty.

Strategic location in the middle of city near historical building and home of Tjong A Fie.

Bedroom is too small, water runs too small so hot water didn't come out.
