Pros:

Excellent breakfast - tasty and fresh. Helpful stuff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool with an amazing view! We could order very tasty pizzas from pizzeria in a town.

Verborgen parel
Pros:

Hele rustige uitvalsbasis nabij het Gardameer. Je bent omgeven door groen en ook het zwembad is prachtig. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars en personeel, heerlijk ontbijt, kindvriendelijk, groot domein.

Absolutely lovely spot.
Pros:

Piccola Valle is a hidden gem! The apartment we stayed in was so lovely. The hotel has all you’d need @ the staff are so friendly & helpful. It’s the most relaxing place.

Only the bugs, but that’s not their fault.

Un posto tranquillo e curato, perfetto per staccare dalla routine. Torneremmo volentieri!
Pros:

Struttura accogliente, pulita e immersa nella tranquillità. La camera era confortevole e ben curata. Le ragazze dello staff tutte molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno fatto proprio sentire i benvenuti. Ottima anche la posizione, ideale per rilassarsi!!

Ein kleine idyllische Oase mitten im Kastanienwald
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Unserer Tochter hat besonders der Kastanienwald mit den verschiedenen Tierschilder gefallen.
Wir fühlten uns in unserem Haus sehr wohl und geniessten die Ruhe der Natur.
Der Pool war immer sehr sauber und eine wunderbare Abkühlung bei heissem Wetter.
Auch der Whirlpool war Extraklasse und wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt.
Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Cons:

Wir hatten teilweise problem mit Ameisen in den Zimmern. Aber ist halt mitten in der Natur. Da kann man wohl nicht viel dagegen machen.
Es wäre vielleicht gut zu erwähnen, dass es keinen Backofen hat.

Wspaniała lokalizacja w dolinie górskiej gdzie basen pomiędzy Zielonymi wzgórzami pięknie się prezentuje, cisza i spokój dla ludzi szukających relaksu, miła Obsługa, dobre śniadanie . Czysto i schludnie .

Dość stromy i wąski podjazd może być dla niektórych kierowców kłopotliwy , brak wody darmowej w pokoju , WiFi działa jedynie w recepcji

Der Cappuccino am Morgen war gut.

Cons:

Nach dem etwas holperigen Empfang gingen wir aufs Zimmer. Dort war es, obwohl hellichter Tag, sehr dunkel, wir mussten sofort das Licht einschalten, es gab nur schwaches, indirektes Licht.
Der Raum war zwar ausreichend groß, aber unzureichend möbliert. Die Ablageflächen für das Reisegepäck waren zu knapp bemessen. Es gab für die Heizung und die Klimaanlage ein Kombigerät, was zu stetigen Zugluft und unangenehmen Geräuschen führte. Die Regelung war unverständlich, eine Anleitung fehlte, so blieb das Gerät aus und wir schwitzten.
Der Warmwasservorrat ist laut Hausordnung auf 180 Liter (?) begrenzt! Es reichte für einen normalen Duschvorgang, für eine zweite Person im Anschluß aber nicht. Das Aufheizen dauert 3 Stunden, so dass die zweite Person so lange warten muß!!
Das Fernsehprogramm zeigt etwa 100 arabische Kanäle. Es sind nur wenige europäische Programme zu empfangen.
Zu allem Überfluß gibt es in den Zimmern keinen Wlan-Empfang! Auf Rückfrage erklärte man uns, daß Wlan lediglich in der Nähe der Rezeption zur Verfügung steht.
Die Boxspring-Matratzen verschoben sich und waren viel zu weich. Wir wachten beide am Morgen mit massiven Rückenschmerzen auf.
Überall im Zimmer inklusive Bad fanden wir zahlreiche Stinkwanzen und sprachen die Inhaberin darauf an. Diese gab uns zur Antwort: „ Das ist hier halt so...in der Natur“. Die gleiche Antwort bekam eine Familie, die sich beschwerte, dass eine Ameisenstraße quer durch ihr Ferienhaus über den Kühlschrank läuft.
Die Stellflächen für PKW sind sehr eingeschränkt. Nur ein einziger pro Wohnung/Zimmer, der nur über eine starke Hanglage erreichbar ist. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück gab es keine Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit. Uns wurde die Waschküche angeboten, welche über eine lange geschotterte Treppe zu erreichen ist. Ladeoptionen Fehlanzeige!
Das Frühstück war für den gehobenen Anspruch des Hauses und den Preis noch ok; allerdings wurden zum Beispiel Frühstückseier nicht warm gehalten.
