Love the location and happy w the rooms. Unfortunately, staff ensures our stay was a logistical nightmare.

Ideal location
Pros:

Ideal location. Free City Connector Bus stops outside the apartments. There was a small supermarket and pharmacy close by and the Lion Hotel was next door. The apartment has plenty of space and was clean and tidy. It also has a washing machine and dryer in the large bathroom.
There is a park and walking track on the corner of the street and walking distance to the Adelaide Oval.

Cons:

There are no elevators only stairs to the 1st & 2nd floors which is not ideal when carrying heavy suitcases. So be mindful of the situation.

Pros:

Location was good. Reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

No mention of stairs and no lift. Bathroom design hideous and dangerous. Shower leaked… A LOT. Room clean was poor! Barely pulled the bed up, pillows nor even straightened and no sheet change. Dirty dishes left in the sink. Not sure why they needed a security charge on our card when there’s no mini bar etc…

Pros:

Great location. Very quiet, no traffic or noise from other guests. Secure and easy parking. Good eating options nearby and able to do own meals as required. Walking distance to AO across the parklands.

Cons:

Room lighting poor - ‘dingey’ - tv options limited ! Room safe didn’t work was told battery gone -told it would be fixed next day - mentioned again but nothing done during our 7 day stay .

Great stay in a superb location
Pros:

The location is superb within easy walking distance to everything in Adelaide

Cons:

State of the unit. A balcony door that couldn't be locked. Reception staff promised that maintenance would be there the next day to repair it. They never showed up.
