A good spot and suited the children for the weekend
Pros:

Location is helpful but the hotel is quite loud on the corner. Rooms were nice and clean.

Cons:

WIFI was so slow it couldn't be used but its easy to hotspot phones these days anyway

It was centrally located

Cons:

There was a massive cockroach in my apartment, covered in glass left for cleaner. Cockroach removed rest left behind. When I informed reception no feedback on what was actioned, or apology. Just silence
Passage to the Annex is dark no assistance with luggage. Over all poor service

Pretty, but next time I will be specific about my access needs,
Pros:

The pictures on the wall were very pretty, the room was clean, the staff friendly, the food was good.

Cons:

The appartments are not very accessible. In the first room, I used the shower was in the bath so I couldn't get in. The second room did have a shower I could access but I had to go down stairs to get to the room. The grounds around the roooms were also a little uneven

Good location for a short stay if it isn’t too hot.
Pros:

Good location and helpful staff.

Cons:

No AC in bedrooms. Shower rose way past its use by date, tight parking spaces with insufficient room for a passenger and driver door to be opened once you were in a space.

love the location, apartments are a bit dark, not much natural light and a little old and tired, but still comfortable

serious updates. We found kids pjs in the dryer (left from previous people) and an old used towel under bunk sheets. A few little spiders/cobwebs. My kids called it ‘the bug hotel’

Overall disappointing ammenities which were aging.
Pros:

Location was good and staff were accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Although the property looked nice from the outside the unit we were in had a bath that was soft and disgusting on the bottom and very slippery when showering. We asked for atleast a non slip Matt which took 2 days to get. The clothes dryer did not work and as it was in the middle of summer the air conditioning was very inadequate for such a multi room apartment. We were moved to another unit throughout our week stay upon our request but the shower nozzle and flexi hose was broken, bed was uncomfortable and lumpy and once again air conditioning was inadequate. Overall was very disappointed.

Nice gem in a great location, little improvements would've made it excellent
Pros:

Great location in quiet North Adelaide but close to Melbourne St filled with shops, restaurants and cafes. Room was super clean, space was good for our 4 adult + 1 child party. Nice modern and well-equipped kitchen.

Cons:

Several little things that if improved would've made a huge difference in comfort: closet in master bedroom was tiny a not functional; bed was underneath a window with curtains not dropping down far enough so early light came straight to our heads; aircon worked well in living room but rooms didn't cool down, portable fan worked poorly and staff wouldn't provide an extra one for the second room; TV in living room had Google TV but staff wouldn't connect it to wifi or provide the password.

Stayed here for two nights in January 26'
Did not have a good experience. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and hotplates didn't work. We had to move rooms because of it which was a hassle. The room we moved to, the Sofa bed was not made up as requested.
I approached the front office staff and was told that as he was only one on duty he couldn't make up the Sofa bed.
Later that night when there was a new staff member there,My friend told me he made the Sofa bed up.
Also, the front door didn't lock,so it was ajar all night.
Perhaps,before you offer apartments to customers ,check to see if the room is liveable.
Not happy with our stay.
The front desk staff are incredibly rude.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment I like it but the only thing I didn’t like was the shower the water was running too
