Excellent location, nice comfortable rooms with kitchenette, plenty of space and lovely gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms are a little outdated but do include laundry facilities in room which is great.
The rooms were a good space and comfortable
That it is next to a pub ( The lion)and a garbage truck picked up bins at 1:30am in the morning. The windows are not double glazed. The mental clunking was loud.Then got woke up again at 6am by a gardener on the street with a leaf blower. I looked out the side window and could see them.Advised the front desk of this when handing in my keys and was fobbed it off, with "we do not have anyone working at that time doing the gardens'. Surely there is a noise pollution curfew particular in this area.

Could not connect TV to wifi , only negative, the rest all positive!
Close to rundle mall
Wifi not working, the shower over the bath is not good, when you shower the floor is getting wet too.

Apartment was brilliant, spacious and comfortable.
One of the worst carparks I have experienced. Couldn't fit in most parks as too small and all parks you could fit in were taken. Security door also broken allowing access to anybody. Nothing stolen but homeless man sleeping near access door scared the kids, he was harmless though.
Clean, quiet and extremely comfortable either way secure underground car park.
Next door to Hotel (same name) for breakfast and dinner or relaxing drinks outside.
