El lugar es lindo y la habitacion limpia

Cons:

Se supone que vas a un hotel a "DESCANSAR" y el día sábado a las 10am la Sra. De limpieza toca nuestra puerta para hacer la limpieza de la habitacion a lo cual respondimos que fuera mas tarde y nos contesto que no se podia por que ella salia a las 4pm, a lo que se le pidio regresara en 2hrs. Y a las 1pm comienzan a marcarnos de recepción que si ya podian ir a limpiar porque la Sra de limpieza se iba a las 4pm, como es posible que no tengan personal de limpieza para todo el dia, y si se derrama alguna bebida o se cae un plato de comida? Muy insistentes por que nos salieramos de nuestra habitación.

En general todo. Es un hotel muy bonito. Que consideré para el alojamiento de amigos y familia en un evento aquí en Morelia y todos estuvieron muy a gusto.

Cons:

Posiblemente que en el restaurante al haber sido en fin de semana largo fue más lento. En lo habitual el servicio es muy rápido y la relación de la calidad y precios excelentes

Beautiful gardens and room was gorgeous, bed really comfortable. It was a lovely place for a nights break

El acceso es un poco difícil por el lugar donde se encuentra para estacionarse y para alguna persona con discapacidad o de la tercera edad es complicado

La vista desde la recámara

Un escalón a la entrada del baño que me parece puede fácilmente causar un accidente y las lámparas a los lados de la cama NO funcionan lo que hace problemático esa área
