Rundum wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Le Bristol. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus nette Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und bot eine riesige Auswahl, hier startet man perfekt in den Tag. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir komme gerne wieder.

Excellent hôtel avec un accès direct aux bains depuis l’établissement, un vrai confort qui permet de profiter pleinement sans la foule des bains publics.

Cons:

Ascenseur extrêmement petit, peu pratique avec une poussette et clairement problématique en termes de sécurité avec de jeunes enfants. Le personnel du restaurant était à la limite du supportable, heureusement que l’équipe de la réception s’est montrée très aimable.

Petit-déjeuner correct, mais minimal.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre située dans le bâtiment secondaire, éloigné des bains et du restaurant. De plus, malgré une affluence qui semblait faible, on nous a attribué une chambre au 2ᵉ étage alors que des étages supérieurs paraissaient disponibles.

Grosses Zimmer, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, offener heller Speisesaal und ruhige, freundliche Atmosphäre. Ein angenehm grosser und gemütlicher Wellnessbereich mit warmen Bädern sorgt für Entspannnung und Wohlbefinden. Ich denke, wir werden wiederkommen. Danke Hotel Bristol!

Pros:

Das Thermalbad und der SPA-Bereich war sehr schön. Auch das Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr gut. Auch das Zimmer mit der Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Bad im Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte etwas "schmudelig". Ein grosser Teil des Service-Personals wirkte unmotiviert und wenig aufmerksam.
