Virtually nothing. I don't understand most of the complaints, especially regarding room size: this is Japan, have you ever been anywhere else in Japan before complaining?

Pros:

久しぶりの利用でしたが、とても地下鉄、JRの駅近で足回りが良く、便利でした。ホテルも変わらず、清潔で快適！コンビニ付設されてるのも出かけずにすみ有難いです。

お部屋は綺麗で快適 ゆっくり出来ます❗1階のサービスも素晴らしい。とても便利です❗
地下鉄の入り口に在ります。堺筋線 御堂筋線 JR 南海電鉄 他 が目の前です!❗京都 梅田 なんば 神戸 奈良に行くのも楽々です!❗
通天閣や動物園 買い物も便利、観光にも良いです❗

ありません。
街の中心部なので、賑やか、夜も人が大勢います。
鉄道の線路が近くに在ります。特に問題はありません。

他の人に教えたく無い
Pros:

清潔感があり、バス・トイレ・洗面台が独立しているので使い易い。照明度も申し分無い。メトロ「動物園前駅」の直上にあり、直ぐ西側にはJR「新今宮駅」もあるので便利でJRの高架を潜ればメガドンキも控えている。PCが使えるコーナーも用意されているし客室Wi-Fiもそこそこ早い。

Cons:

現在は何処も同じですが、喫煙所までの距離がね(笑)
