The bed is confortable

The dirtiness in the bedroom was horrendous
The AC was heavily colinized by mold
Under the bed was full of dust, hairs, nails, never cleaned for many years

良かった
Pros:

やっすいのに風呂トイレ着いてるし冷房もめちゃ効く、机椅子がある、隣接してるファミマで飲食物買うと10%還元まじ良かった！今回女ひとりで泊まりました。西成区治安悪いって言われてたから怖かったけどホテルが駅チカだからもしなんかあってもまじすぐ逃げれるって感じで怖いとかなんもなかったです！またライブの時とかに利用しようと思います！

Cons:

トイレの便座の穴が小さくて糞をする時に着いちゃわないか不安でした。（全然大丈夫でした）

コスパが良くて便利！
Pros:

立地が素晴らしい。
動物園前駅の出口を出てすぐの立地。
部屋も簡素で清潔です。
１階にファミリーマートがあるのも便利です。
またコンビニで購入した後にフロントにレシートを持っていくとキャッシュバックのサービスがあるのが嬉しい。

Cons:

近くが駅のため、電車の通過音が聞こえるが、２重窓になっている為、そこまでうるさくはない。

最高！この街へ来るなら必ず

1.1.2の結果４連泊させていただきました。
部屋にバスルームがあること、各線交通のアクセス最高
コンビニが1階、キャッシュバックあり。
室内にもデスクとチェアーがあり、
他に1階にもカウンターとチェアー、
ランドリー、喫煙コーナーが併設。
コーヒーも飲める。
アメニティ充実、きりがないですね笑

Pros:

このエリアで４泊目、
当サイトから予約させてもらったということもありますが、とにかく立地、交通の便が最高なのにこの価格。
階下のコンビニでの買い物のキャッシュバック、
部屋の清潔さ、部屋にバスルームあり
骨折して数日滞在の私には全てありがたい。
スタッフの方々の応対は個人差でしょう。
ここでは連泊させてもらいました。
最高のホテルと皆さんに伝えたいです。
