위치도 괜찮고 가격도 저렴해서 좋았어요

하지만 욕실 하수구 냄새가 너무 지독해요

샤워하는 중에 기침이 계속 날 정도로 역한 냄새가 심해요 꼭 개선하셨으면 합니다.

속초 해변이랑 가깝고 금액도 휴가시즌치고 저렴하게 할 수 있길래 선택했는데 너무 만족한 숙소입니다. 일단 다른 숙소들보다 크고 침대도 편하고 스타일러도 있어서 세탁하고 좀 덜 마른 옷 건조해서 말리기 좋았습니다.
이런 숙소들 대부분 자고 일어나면 건조해서 목이 아팠는데 그런것도 없었고 수건이나 물도 요청하면 더 주시니까 아주 편했습니다.
엘리베이터가 하나라서 잘못하면 오래 기다려야 한다는 단점이 있긴 했지만 큰 단점은 아닌거 같네요ㅎㅎ

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April. The room is well organized with all amenities like kitchen, refirgerator, mirowave, washer and dryer. Bathroom is nice. The desk is kind. I love this hotel and recommended to my firends.

일단 위치가 바닷가랑 가까웠습니다.
주변 상권과도 나쁘지 않았구요.
룸 상태도 대체적으로 깨끗했습니다.
거기다 룸에 스타일러(에어드레서)가 있어서 여성분들은 좋아하겠더군요.
룸도 원베드룸 타입이라 거실/주방과 침실이 분리되어 좋았구요.
주방에서 조리를 할 수 있는 냄비 등도 있고해서 좋았습니다.

전체적으로 만족한 숙소 입니다.
다만 아쉬운것은 제차량이 RV차량이라 SUV와 함께 주차타워에 못들어간다는 것... 그래서 주차를 하기위해 공영주차장에 주차를 했는데...
거리가 좀 되요.
그렇다고 숙소 주변에 주차할 곳이 있는지 찾아봤는데 딱히 없어요 ㅡㅡ;
불법주차 범칙금 안낼려면 어쩔 수 없이 공영주차장으로 이동을 하든지 아니면 범칙금 안낼 수 있는 가까운 곳을 찾든지 해야 합니다.

일행분과 짐을 내려서 일행분은 체크인을 운전자분은 주차를 하면 될 듯합니다.

방은 대만족, 뚜벅이에게 대추천!

방 컨디션은 너무너무 좋았습니다. 방에 스타일러까지 구비되어 사용해 보았습니다. 단, 승용차 몇대(기계식) 외엔 주차할곳이 없어서 공용주차장에 주차하고 약 10~20분을 걸어와야하는 점이...
하지만 속초는 차없이도 많이 오시니 접근성도 좋고 해수욕장도 가까워요.

그냥 좋지도 나쁘지도않음

음 지어진지얼마안됐긴했지만 청소가잘안돼는지 곰팡이가 군데군데있고 들어가서 바닥이미끄덩거려서 한번닦었어요 휴지도 보통 여분주시는데 쓰다가 없어서 그냥 애기 물티슈썼네요
가격대비나쁘진않았지만 막 좋지도..

사진에서 보고 기대했던것보다 방시 매우작고 칲대두개를 원룸만한곳에 겨우넣고 작은식탁에 작은 키친에.
4식구가 이틀머물렀는데 단칸방체험하고 와서 집이 너무 좋네요.
특히 처음들어갔을때 화장실을 비롯해모든시설이 깨끗했음에도 화장실냄새가 나서 밤에추운데도 창문열고 잤네요.

레지던스라 장기 투숙객과의 잦은 만남이 불편.
침대 프레임과 헤드 부분의 먼지 제거가 안되어있어서 불쾌했음.
