Очень некачественный сервис!!!!
Pros:

Мягко говоря я в голодный год за ведро пельменей в этот отель не вернусь. В любой другой отель но не в этот!!!! Пишу отзыв первый раз в жизни из за того что это отелем 4 звезды назвать невозможно. Максимум 1 маленькая звездочка
В период с 14 по 30 июля 2025 года я забронировал номер в гостинице Hotel Batumi Palace, расположенной по адресу: ул. Багратиони, 151, Батуми, 6000. Бронирование было сделано через платформу Booking.com, где гостиница была указана как 4-звёздочный отель. В номер 708, рассчитанный на троих — меня, мою жену и нашу дочь, — мы заехали 14 июля примерно в 16:00 (точное время не помню). Я оплатил за это 2448 лари -903 доллора
Это наш первый отпуск в Батуми, и мы всегда путешествуем хотя бы два раза в год, однако впервые решили посетить этот город. К сожалению, при заселении столкнулись с рядом проблем:
- Лифт был сломан, и мне пришлось самостоятельно поднять чемодан весом около 20 кг на 7 этаж.
- В номере ощущался стойкий запах сигарет — похоже, в комнате часто курили, и даже проветривание не помогло избавиться от запаха.
- В номере обнаружились два чайника: в одном отсутствовала крышка, в другом — тоже, а также остатки кофе, заваренного прямо в чайниках (фото прилагаю).
- В туалете не было кнопки слива — вместо этого слив находился внутри бачка, и чтобы смыть, нужно было нажимать пальцем внутрь.
- В душевой отсутствовало ограждение, из-за чего вся вода расплескивалась по всему туалету, совмещённому с душем (фото прилагаю).
- Пол в номере был очень грязным, на ковре возле кровати — большое грязное пятно, а простыня, которой застелили кровать, имела дырки.
- В постели и под матрасом были обнаружены волосы, а также волосы в подматраснике.
Все вышеуказанные недостатки я сфотографировал и передал администратору Анне. От запаха табака нам предложили освежитель воздуха. Остальные недочёты пообещали исправить. В качестве временной меры в туалете нам дали полотенце, чтобы после душа вытирать пол. А чтобы в номере удалить запах табака нам дали освежите

Все надо делать лучше!!!! Это не 4 звезды это 0,5 звезд!!!

Nothing especial.

Cons:

Bad smell in the room, and especially carpets are not cleaned, as a family stay its not that l expected...really worrying abt it.
But staff is nice.
Room ok, size, other somethings are.
Better if they consider again abt the rooms hygiene in due course actually.
Not a complain but its must for theres hotel reputation as well.
