Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Grosse Zimmer, bestens eingerichtet, Bad 1A. Frühstück ist für mexikanische Verhältnisse echt gut (es gibt Toast, Cornflakes, Früchte, Saft, Eier, mexik. Gerichte). Die Lage ist absolut top, mitten in Condesa, viele Restaurants u. Bars direkt vor der Tür. Der Parque Mexico ist 3-4 min. zu laufen.

Cons:

Mir fällt nicht negatives ein ausser das der Preis schon etwas im gehobenen Segment ist. Aber gute Qualität hat ihren Preis.

Pros:

I love staying at Círculo Condesa, the people at the hotel were very attentive and the guy at breakfast time was super nice, I forgot his name but I really liked the way he cared, bed was ridiculously comfy, bathroom and specially the shower was big at least in the room we stayed, everything was clean and the area was very nice and quite

Overall ok, but needs some work!
Pros:

Location is perfect! Also the rooms are big and nice, ours even had a little balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor and it's served in the exterior. I imagine that in the summer it's nice and pleasant, but I was there in the winter and at 8am it was 11 degrees - really cold! The quality of the food served needs improvement, there's only a few options - no fresh bread nor cheese for e.g - and they only start serving it at 8 or 8.30 (depending on the day), which is not ideal for early birds tourists like ourselves.
On top of that, the most surprising thing happened. When you check out, they send someone to your room to see if you have damaged anything and only then you're released to go. I was appalled. Never ever in any hotel around the world has this happened to me ..
