Instalaciones, servicio y comida

Cons:

Que en la tarifa no se incluían los tours, generalmente los alojamientos incluyen todos esos servicios.

En la habitación había un pito muy fuerte, nos explicaron que eran los detectores de humo pero sonaba fuerte y no se podía dormir.

Pros:

Wunderbare Lage mitten im Dschungel. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Cons:

In den Zimmern, was kein WLAN vorhanden. Konnte man aber aushalten für zwei Tage.

Pros:

Die Lage sowie die Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind wunderschön. Das Personal freundlich & hilfsbereit. Die Touren die gemacht werden können sind traumhaft und der Guide Freddy macht einen genialen Job.

Cons:

Man merkt das viel gespart werden will. Unter der Woche ist zum Beispiel weder ein ausgebildeter Koch noch ein Barkeeper anwesend. Somit war uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu teuer.

Pros:

El dueño súper amable y atento. Las instalaciones excelentes. Vimos más naturaleza y aves de lo que hubiéramos esperado.

Pros:

There are multiple things here:
* The place is great, Pacto is a hidden gem close to Quito (1.5 hours)
* The staff are very helpful and nice
* The story of the place is great, don't hesitate to ask
* The walk to the waterfall was great, nice views, lots of nature, some facts about the area from the guide.
* The rooms are awesome
* The food is very tasty

Cons:

There was only a few things to dislike:
* No airco in the cabins
* Mosquitos inside the cabin, they could do a better job having some mosquito nets

Beautiful and relaxing
Pros:

The staff are accommodating and friendly. I LOVED that laundry was free - I could wash all the clothes I wanted. The place is beautiful, nestled within nature - it’s a great place for casual birdwatching as there are so many birds that come here. The toilet is very spacious and has a spa-like vibe.

Cons:

The sliding door for the room I stayed in doesn’t lock

Pros:

Fabulous facilities, nice pool, lovely deck area for lounging and watching birds, very comfortable, excellent food! Helpful staff.

Cons:

A bit pricey, but you’re paying for great quality.

Very nice stay in the forest
Pros:

The lodge is located, as advertised, in a beautiful forest, about 2 hours from Quito. The rooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable. There's a little swimming pool and two jacuzzies. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Around the lodge, there's a walking trail that leads to a very nice waterfall (about 1/2 hour walk).

Cons:

The room could have been a little larger and I missed screens on the windows. We didn't have significant mosquitos in the room, but I would have slept better knowing that there are screens on the windows inside all this vegetation.

Un fin de semana inolvidable!
Pros:

The staff and guides were excellent at all moments! They consistently went out of their way to make out stay more enjoyable. Very professional. The location, rooms and facilities were beautiful, well-maintained and super comfortable.

Cons:

The only little thing we can say we didn’t like was when we ordered food the first day, it took more than an hour for it to come out. Aside from that, it was truly a great experience.
