Cons:

Leider war der Herr am Empfang unfreundlich und nicht gerade Hilfsbereit.
Ich hatte bereits online gezahlt. Vor Ort wurde ich dann erneut zur Kasse gebeten.
So kam es zu einer Doppelbuchung. Dafür fühlte sich der Mitarbeiter allerdings nicht verantwortlich.
Um Klärung bemühte er sich erst nach eindringlichem Nachhacken.
Rückt das eigentlich ganz nette Hotel leider in schlechtes Licht.

Gute Lage, gute Zimmer, sehr sauber, höfliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter mit guter Ortskenntnis.. Alles in Allem ein angenehmer und erinnerungwürdiger Aufenthalt.

Cons:

We were given an upgraded room in place of a twin due to the hotel making a mistake with our booking. After threats to leave and go elsewhere, we were finally given a downgraded version of our 'Comfort Room Twin' to average small twin. No offer of refund and still charged for breafast.

Die ruhige Lage, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, das kostenlose Kaffeeangebot neben der Rezeption und dass das Zimmer nicht so hellhörig war wie anderenorts! Großer Pluspunkt!
Kostenloser Zimmersafe, kl. Kühlschrank/ ehem. Minibar .
Hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht.

In den 3 Tagen gab es nichts zu beanstanden.
