If you enjoy walking a city, this may be the lodging for you.
Pros:

This property is located in a family friendly quiet neighborhood not far from green spaces and public transportation. Our rooms faced the steet; however, I did not hear the steet noise. The entire hotel was quiet; however, I don't think their were many visitors at the time we stayed there. Numerous restaurants within 15 min walk. Somewhat of a language barrior, but the young women at the front desk who checked us in ( late afternoon ) spoke numerous languages. Room was unusally spacious for price, ample lighting and electrical outlets, good shower. Overall, would stay there again.

Cons:

Parking garage has a weight limit, check to see if your vehicle will meet the requirements. We did find free parking on the street within two blocks. Breakfast was so-so. Interestling, no water available for the two days we were there at breakfast buffet. I would have thought someone could have run to the store and pick up a few bottles of water. Nespresso maker in room, but if you want capsules, you have to purchase those at the front desk and they were ot Nespresso brand, nor good. There is free coffee in the hallway where breakfast is served.

Zu teuer für die Leistung
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr schön. Für uns war die Lage super, da der Bus direkt vorm Hotel hält.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Die Brötchen sind sehr labberig, Obst gibt es kaum (heute z.B. nur Weintrauben und ganze Äpfel). Der Saft schmeckt sehr künstlich, die Eier waren eiskalt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schneidet leider auch schlecht ab. Ok, es war grade Buchmesse, aber für so einen Zimmerpreis erwarten wir deutlich mehr.

Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter war bei unserem Eintreffen sehr unfreundlich.
