Kurz und sauer ! An Inder verkauft , Personal entlassen und keine Infos an ihre Kunden . Es wäre ein leichtes eine Telef

Anreise nach telefonischer Rücksprache nach 23 Uhr ! Stand ohne weitere Info vor verschlossenen Türen . Nachtwächter nach mehreren Anrufen erreicht . Schlüssel lag im nachttresor, keine Info , keine Telefonnummer an der Türe nichts . Das geht gar nicht !

Das Personal war sehr lieb, vor allem auch zu unserem Hund. Es war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Am Kopfteil des Bettes waren Schalter, also direkt über meinem Kopf. Einer hatte keine Funktion.
Außerdem ist die fehlende Lüftung nicht so toll gewesen - es wurde nachts etwas kalt bei dauerhaft geöffnetem Fenster.

Die Lage, das Zimmer, die Parkplatzsituation

Cons:

Beim Feueralarm als unser Baby gerade eingeschlafen war , verliessen wir ordnungsgemäß das Hotel. Weder die Hotelmitarbeiter noch die Feuerwehrleute konnten den Fehlalarm deuten oder zuordnen. Wir fanden keine Ruhe mehr und es gab keine offizielle Entschuldigung, geschweige denn einen Gutschein, Preisnachlass o.ä. Ausserdem geht ein Balkon über drei Zimmer ohne Abgrenzung. Das finde ich merkwürdig.

Es war alles sauber und das Frühstück war auch gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr teuer. 20 Euro pro Nacht in einer sehr engen Tiefgarage ist übertrieben.
