Pros:

Bardzo czysto, sprawna klimatyzacja, co miało duże znaczenie podczas fali upałów, smaczne śniadanie, bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum (choć nie jest to ściśle centrum, to pod drzwi hotelu podjeżdża autobus, a kawałek dalej tramwaj - oba prosto z dworca kolejowego).

Cons:

Fatalne WiFi - w zasadzie praca zdalna w tym hotelu nie wchodzi w grę. Połączenie gubi się, a gdy jest, to zbyt wolne na np. rozmowę przez internet.

Zimmer gut , Personal inkompetent

Die Zimmer und Ausstattung waren gut

Cons:

Das Personal, war nicht kompetent, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und ruhig gebucht, das Zimmer war zur Straße raus.
Beim einchecken sagten wir das wir 2 Rechnungen bräuchten, beim auschecken, ging das nicht mehr, weil der Rechnungslauf durch war
Das hätte man vorher sagen können, dann hätten wir früher dir Rechnung verlangt
Es war völlig in professionell und gleichgültig der Dame an der Rezeption

Schönes Hotel mit super Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Strasse wird nicht allzu viel befahren und das Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war großzügig, angenehm eingerichtet und die Betten super. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine Badewanne (was allerdings für ältere Personen vielleicht etwas ungünstig ist). Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Wahnsinn! Es gab alles, was man sich zum Frühstück nur wünschen kann. Schön war auch, dass es Kaffeekannen mit Filterkaffee gab, wenn der Ansturm am Vollautomat zu groß wäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür ging etwas schwergängig, so dass wir sie am ersten Tag (aber nur für wenige Stunden) ausversehen offen gelassen hatten. Nachdem wir das wussten, war es aber kein Problem.
