Pros:

Bett war gut, Zimmer sehr sauber, Bad sauber, Kühlschrank gut, Safe sehr gut - ausreichend groß!

Cons:

Zimmer 302:
- Es stinkt im Bad nach Kloake
- WLAN ging bei Ankunft im ganzen Hotel nicht - ich musste mehrmals reklamieren, bis es endlich in Ordnung gebracht wurde
- Unfassbar heiß im Zimmer!!! Wieso kann man nicht tagsüber die Rollos zumachen und nachts lüften, damit die Temperaturen im Zimmer erträglich sind?
- Auf meiner Buchung stand "mit Klimaanlage". Ich bat dann um ein Zimmer, das nicht zur Straße liegt; dort gab es keine Klimatisierung. Das hätte mir die MA am Empfang aber mal gleich sagen müssen!
- Mehrfach war der Empfang am Ankunftstag nicht besetzt und ich musste minutenlang warten, bis die Mitarbeiterin kam. Sie machte einen unmotivierten Eindruck.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber.

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist etwas drüber. 19,50€ für ein unspektakuläres Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider ist der Mobilfunk im Gebäude schlecht (lässt sich eben nicht ändern) was allerdings machbar sein sollte ist die WLAN Anbindung. Grundsätzlich hatte man immer guten Empfang leider ohne Verbindung zum Internet.

Spacious room, fast wifi speed, huge window and a balcony where you can walk out a bit. The room had a small fridge for you to store drinks for the hot weather.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the room, so if the weather is getting hotter, it may not be that comfortable if your room is at a higher floor.

Pros:

Particularly the location. It was clean and quiet and I wasn't bothered by constant exchanges with the staff.
The person who did my check in was very helpful and accommodating.
One member of the staff (I believe her name is Janet or maybe Janice) was outstanding and went above and beyond her duties, making every morning breakfast a delightful experience.

Cons:

Everyone I encountered in reception, except for the man who sorted my check in, didn't speak English.
In hospitality, and especially when you work reception at a hotel, English whether you like it or not, is a must. There were a couple of occasions where I felt I could have been provided with a better service if those working front of the house were more proficient at English.
I did also ask if they spoke Spanish, French or Italian and they didn't, so communication was hard and ineffective.

Grüne Oase im Hinterhof beim Frühstück
Pros:

Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier, für ein Festival, die Lage ist für uns optimal, man kann auch im Garten frühstücken, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück super, die Betten bequem, das Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise war der Duschkopf kaputt, konnte leider über die Feiertage und Wochenende nicht repariert werden. Möbel insgesamt etwas abgewohnt. Aber alles in allem passt für uns alles, nur der Preis ist zu hoch, wahrscheinlich wegen des Festivals.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in ruhigerer Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel! Das Zimmer war groß, hell und hatte große Schränke mit sehr viel Stauraum und genug Ablagen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Bad war mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Von der Lage her war das Hotel zwar ein wenig außerhalb aber durch Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sehr gut angebunden und daher konnte man innerhalb kurzer Zeit in die Stadt fahren. Dadurch dass das Hotel nicht direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie steht, war es relativ ruhig. In der Lobby gibt es eine kleine Kaffeestation, wo man sich kostenfrei Kaffee mitnehmen kann auch ohne das Frühstück gebucht zu haben.

Cons:

Die Straße vor dem Hotel war ab und zu etwas laut aber die Fenster haben gut isoliert.
