Convenient location for accessing Kansai airport. Good breakfast

Easy access from Kansai airport

Cons:

The room was clean but dated. The room was spacious but there were no luggage racks. There was plenty of room to set up a luggage rack but the lack of one meant we needed to use the coffee table.
